It saddens me to write this review because there is no other food like this in Burleson. The food is soo good but the staff just doesn't want business. If I was the owner of this location I would be concerned. In a time right now where places are begging for business due to the virus effecting sales they seem to not want any. They had no customers in drive thru. It looked like a ghost town (where all the other food places around them had drive thrus that wrapped around) I pulled up to order food. And it's not like I ordered a lot I ordered one thing .. and the lady paused for a second like she had to think about it and then said "it will take 15 minutes" like seriously??? No line what so ever and 15 minutes for one thing. So of course I said don't worry about it because I didn't want to put her out. I was shocked that with this virus they didn't want business. I couldn't help but notice when I pulled out to leave I saw Rosas had a drive thru line that went out to the street. The food has been good in the past, we love the chicken and the corn tortillas. The chicken is tender, juicy, flavorful and the tortillas are usually fresh. Problem is, at least lately, good luck in getting any. Tonight we tried to place an order, they said they didn't have chicken ready to come back in 20 minutes. Left, came back in EXACTLY 20 minutes (yes, we ran a stopwatch). When we ordered, pulled to the window to be told that they didn't have any chicken, it would be awhile. When pressed about how they told us to be back, they claim they already had several large orders and couldn't help it. So, they either don't know how to plan or are full of crap. Either way, we had to give up and go to a restaurant that actually had food to sell. Even more disappointing, they didn't seem to be worried about the terrible service. No offer for something for the inconvenience, no apology, and no good. The place has good food but the service isn't worth the hassle. Go to another location (I think Seminary is the next closest) or find something else where they care about the customers and understand how to keep food in stock. read more

This place is like a monkey and a football. Have been sitting in the drive they for 15 mins waiting on a no.8, taco plate. Have read the reviews and was not too sure. Haven't had a chance to taste the food because I'm still waiting. Hopefully the food will be worth the wait. After waiting for 20 mins. I asked for my money back. Watched the girl trying to figure out how to do a refund and play on her phone. Avoid this place if your in any type of hurry, or just hungry. Not worth my money. I should have know... I should have but I decided to give them another shot. Well let me just say BIGGEST mistake lol. Don't even waste your time coming here. I placed a order online to be ready at a certain time. I arrive first off it took 15 min to get ahold of someone to let them know I'm here mins you what looked like a supervisor pulled up in his black MK Lincoln looks right at me and walks in. I attempted to go to the door however it was locked. If I wouldn't have already paid for my order I would have left. I decided to call again finally a young lady answers she tells me she doesn't have a order for my name I asked her how could that be I have the order confirmation? With a attitude she replies ok well I can't control the online ordering. Then she said oh it just came in, I said just came in how is that I placed it at 3pm. She again says ok well I can't control the online ordering. She asked where I was parked lol ummm In the only spot that is reserved for. She brings my order out walks off, I said ma'am is there grilled onions in her she literally kept walking I asked again she turns around and just smiles at me when I asked her again she give a smirk smile just stares at me then says no I said may I please have some she called me out of my name and walks in then brings me some and says they are usually .84 cents but I'm going to give them to you I said oh that fine I can pay that. I was referring to the grilled onions I thought the meals came with. I asked her name and she said Alicia. So just beware don't go here and if someone is so unhappy at there job they shouldn't work there. read more

Really, really good chicken and sides! I got the whole chicken family pack and a carne asada baked potato (for hubby who doesn't like chicken). Great take out food that you can feel good about eating. Love the chicken and fresh corn tortillas. Salsas were good as well. We will definitely be back for more! So glad this place is in Burleson! read more

The chicken is so flavor-ful! I always get the half-chicken and it comes with salsa ( green and red), rice and beans, tortillas, grilled whole onion and lemons all for under $10!! Must try!! read more

Took over 35 minutes to get the order. The person was very rude and told us he was new working in there. When in fact he wasn't new at all. When we asking for the corporate number he throw the number and the food at us. Now I got food poison. Never coming back to any pollo regio specially this one. read more

I picked up food late last night. It was near closing which I didn't know. They didn't have part of the order I wanted so I got a drink instead. When I got home which was only about a 2 minute drive. The food was cold and greasy. I called to complain and the person who finally answers the phone after minutes of ringing could not speak English and neither could the manager. I spoke to someone with broken English who apparently didn't translate what I said correctly. A second person started translating and she was actually bilingual and understanding me. The manager was who in the background speaking Spanish was contesting everything I was saying and telling me my story was changing and that I told the first girl I didn't get my order. She was obviously being rude by her tone. I asked for the number to the general manager and she claimed she did not have it. read more

if i could give zero stars i would . first of all i ordered from this location about two and a half weeks ago , spent over 35 dollars ( closer to forty ) and literally 3/4 of my order was missing from my bag . when i called to let them know they were acting like they didn't know what my order was , that i hadn't ordered from that location . after about twenty minutes of going back and forth i finally got a manager on the line. she wouldn't even offer a refund for the inconvenience of messing MY order up , she kept telling me i could come pick up the missing parts of my order as if i wasn't already across town back at work . finally she said she would offer me a refund and hung up abruptly . didn't ask for any card information , receipt number nothing . two and a half weeks and still no refund . i called again today ( about fifteen minutes ago ) to speak with a manager ( the same woman i dealt with before ) and she acted like she didn't offer me a refund and kept saying she didn't know and would look into it again hanging up abruptly. this store is absolutely going downhill , management sucks . at this point i just want my refund and i'll stop coming to this location . My wife and I enjoyed their lunch special today, consisting of the best grilled chicken and onion, like I would have grilled myself, with a side of pinto beans flavored with bacon and jalapeños, freshly made corn tortillas, hot green chili pepper sauce, fresh mild salsa, and wonderful sweet tea. I love the half chicken plate! It comes with delicious red beans, rice, corn tortillas and a piece of grilled onion. Also, salsa and another yummy sauce. The serving is enough for two persons or two meals. I've only ordered from the drive through, but nothing wrong with service. If you go before supper, you get the lunch price which is lower and includes a drink. I'll definitely be going back! read more

I went to the Burleson location today and purchased a chicken tostada (tostada siberia). First of all, the wait was ridiculously long. The tostada was soggy, the guacamole was so watery. I think the 'guacamole' was actually green sauce and did not contain any avocado at all. The 'chicken tostada" only had about a handful of chicken. I've been to different Pollo Regio locations in Fort Worth and I have never had this experience. I was so disappointed and will not be going back. I really hope you can fix your issues with the chicken tostada, no one wants to pay $8.65 for a soggy chicken tostada. read more
