Cute place, great location, and the staff was helpful while we were ordering. We grabbed our chips and queso and found a table, ready for the usual Fuzzy's experience... and that's where things went a little sideways. We love trying Fuzzy's in different locations, but this one just didn't hit the mark. The chips seemed off, maybe stale or just not the usual? Even the "chip dust" tasted different, which honestly threw us. The queso was the bigger letdown. It seemed watered down and lacked the flavor we're used to. We ended up adding pico, which helped bring it back to life a bit, but it still wasn't quite there. Thankfully, the tacos were on point as always and saved the visit. That's the consistency we keep coming back for. Hoping this was just an off day, because we know how good Fuzzy's can be. read more

When I eat here it's for the grilled fish tacos and grilled fish salad. Those are my go to's for every meal here. Washed it all down with a Coke Zero. Service was a little off on this visit due to some training being done in the kitchen with a few mixups on orders but I wouldn't hold it against them. This restaurant is deeply disappointing. I am a regular at the Fuzzy's off of Berry, and they do their best to always provide great food and customer service. This Fuzzy's however is a major let down. The manager and staff act incredibly rude and entitled. They messed up our order the last two times I've been there and when we respectfully let them know and ask them to fix it, they roll their eyes and act like we're inconveniencing them. It's annoying because I love Fuzzy's food, but I'm allergic to cilantro and they haven't once taken it out of my dish when I politely ask for them to. I don't understand the disconnect from the store and the one off of berry. I don't enjoy coming here and I will not be back. I would rather drive the 20 minutes to Fort Worth and go to the other Fuzzy's. read more

First and foremost I'm a Fuzzy's fan. My go to is always the breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, and potatoes. Easily 10/10 in flavor, size, and quality of ingredients. I've branched out and now also love the breakfast tacos! ;) The chips and salsa are a must. This location is more conservative with the Fuzzy dust than others so you might need to ask for more. Staff is THE BEST and restaurant is clean. If you're craving their hot sauce, good news... you can buy a bottle and take some home. Sometimes at night the chairs are up on the tables and it looks closed, but no fear, they are open late... the crew just might be trying to close off sections to make clean up easier. read more

Let's just get this out of the way first... Fuzzy's is a taco shop, and gets that right in spades.

Not the best Fuzzy's taco location that's for sure. I have a family member that love's their food so I go to Fuzzy's often. Think the only redeeming item at Fuzzy's is their California heat tacos with grilled shrimp and loads of bacon. Don't understand why this location always serves up super cold "grilled" shrimp. If it's supposed to be grilled then it should come out hot not like it came straight up out of a refrigerator. Another item I ordered was the new Spicy brisket poblano that comes with brisket, avocado, pickled onions, roasted poblanos, feta, and garlic sauce. Not a fan was super dry and hell of salty. Ive never minded the Mansfield location which is super fun. Even if the food is not even my style. This Fuzzy's has gotten my personal vote for Burlesons weakest margaritas by far. There might barely be a trace of tequila in every Margarita. It's pretty much a super expensive icy. If I caught my 10 year old slamming one of these down would have zero issues with it lol One major issue is the bathroom. The toilet has been loose and getter worst everytime I come. I used to be a plumber for 15 years and this is a serious health and safety hazard for customers. Soon and it will happen it will fully tip over and break, which is not good when someone is on it. Porcelain when it breaks is as sharp as a razor and can cut super deeply. Just takes someone who has had a few to many drinks for it to happen. This needs to be addressed immediately. read more

Pretty cool place. Order, wait for your number to be called and eat outside at the picnic tables, at the bar or indoors. Came back a second time in a week because I had to bring my partner. We loved it. The pork meat is some of the best I've had. The grilled Mahi is pretty "meh" and I really don't understand the use of feta cheese on a taco but everything else was great. We each crushed 3 tacos and she enjoyed everything. The service was excellent, the place was clean. They serve alcohol if that's your thing. They have outdoor seating and an outdoor bar if you want to watch sports while enjoying your food. Good experience. Will be back many times over. read more

Fuzzy's got me hooked from the time I first saw one in Lubbock near Tech. Fun atmosphere, straight-up Texas & Baja Seafood tacos, cold beer and friendly confines. You can eat on WW here if you are careful. I ordered 2 grilled shrimp and 2 grilled Mahi Baja Tacos on corn tortillas. I ditched 2 of the four tortillas and added a 4 Oz Guac, no chips. Rather have beer than tortilla chips. So I did. Everything is consistently fresh, fast and delicious. This Burleson location is a favorite of mine. The place has had a bit of an update since I was here last and it looks good. This area of Burleson has a number of cool restaurants and bars you should check out if you are around S Tarrant County. Very disappointed in Fuzzy's to go!!! Looks like they set the enchilada plates on the counter for some time (the containers were so soggy, you couldn't pick them up). They put no topping on one of the enchiladas - (queso was requested). Then later, they piled chips, beans and queso on top of the soggy cartons so that they were squashed. Enchiladas and rice were cold. Beans and queso were warm. Doubtful we will ever return to this location. Will definitely never do take out again! read more

You know reading through the reviews it seems like there is a thread of hit or miss quality going on. Yet the several many times that my husband I have been, it's all consistently good - the service and the food. You know it's not super great, a huge kudo but it's a good repeatable standby. Last Saturday evening the husband says he's hungry and what about me; to which I replied something along the lines of me too. But here is it going on 8 o'clock PM and for us that's getting pretty late. It's the weekend and we decide to go with La Vida Loca. Minutes later we're at Fuzzy's and there's actually place for us; often it's hard to find parking and sometimes we even give up and go elsewhere. Enter, walk to the order place and I decide on chicken tacos, the husband orders shredded brisket along with drinks and a side of salsa and chips. Not long after the husband has the salsa and chips for us. I have to say the salsa was much better than i remember it ever being; the chips were good too - not as good as Chuy's though. I don't like thick chips; thin and crispy is the way to go. Bit later the tacos are ready, the coaster lights up and vibrates. Good food, nice, filling. Consistent. Sometimes I order the shredded chicken salad (small or regular), or veggie tacos; and each time it's good, exactly as expected. The young man at the register rattled off side items so quickly that I could barely catch what he said. Then, for the prices they charge, they should bring the food to me rather than someone in the kitchen screeching out a number. The refried beans were barely warm enough to melt the cheese sprinkled on the top, plus they were the consistency of something worthy to use as bricks. When I told the same young man about the beans, his only response was that he would let the kitchen know. WHAT? You served a side item that was inedible and that's all you do for the customer? My mom and I love coming to Fuzzy's, the beer is cold, food is piled high, and the service staff is polite. Tonight, we ordered the same thing we always do, cold beer in a schooner, chips and salsa, shredded chicken nachos (for my mom), ground beef nachos (for me). Per usual, the service was good, beer was great, but we were very disappointed with our nachos. Neither nacho plate was filled, they had chips, yes, but not enough chips to even cover the plate. Most of the chips were naked(no cheese, no meat, no pico, nada). My mom went up to ask about the portions, the manager - a young brunette girl - was behind the food line and told my mom it was good "according to spec" and that we had been "over served in the past". WTF. Fast forward 5-10 minutes, my brother and his girlfriend had ordered two more ground beef nachos that were served amazing as usual. Piled high, covered with all the good stuff and worth $9! This time, I decided to go up to the counter and compare both my mom and my plate to their nachos. It was night and day, our nachos didn't cover the plate and barely had toppings, their nachos were SMOTHERED and 3 times bigger/taller/better than ours. I asked to speak to the manager(same young brunette) and asked her why they were different if they were following "spec." The rude manager said it was because of the "timing of the orders." Again WTF. The rude manager didn't try to apologize, replace our order, offer to make our order similar to theirs, nor did she have any problem solving skills. She tried to rectify the situation by saying we could get "anything we want without having to pay" followed by "all you had to do was ask!" NOT THE POINT. Without giving me a second to think or respond, she turned around and walked away. I dumped our nachos in the trash can and put my plates on the counter, grabbed our card and asked for a refund. I apologized to the people who were at the counter and explained that I wasn't trying to be rude and still love the beer and chips and salsa, but that manager was a piece of WORK. My mom and I will continue to visit Fuzzys on any day BESIDES Thursday and Friday night since we were told by other employees this is her regular schedule. read more

Fuzzy's used to be a place in town for a casual yet delicious Tex Mex fix. We would go in, order the nachos and be impressed by their size and value for the price. My husband would order a tempura burrito and comment on how crunchy and fresh the shrimp was. However, the last 3 times ( and by last I mean the very last for the rest of my life) have been so disappointing. When ordering takeout, they have forgotten some of our items, not provided requested hot sauce, served us old and stale chips and taco shells. The meat has been dry and just isn't what it used to be. The quality control at Fuzzy's on Renfro is horrible. I had a combo plate with rice and potatoes. The cheese enchilada had hardly any cheese inside and what was there was dry and cold. The rice was crunchy undercooked and the potatoes were overcooked and dry. I would not recommend Fuzzy's to anyone. read more

Chips and queso with a margarita are my go to here! Love it. Their potatoes dipped in avacado ranch taste amazing. Don't like their taco though. Service is fast when the line is short, if it's long expect to wait a while, customers who don't know what they want take FOREVER to order. Cashier takes orders and make drinks which can be annoying because it doesn't help the line move fast. Other than that the place is great. Seating outside, decent music volume. Can be dirty at times, but you always see the cleaners working on it especially if they're going through a rush! Doesn't take away from the food customer service and good tasting chips! read more

I really want to like Fuzzy's as I think they have GREAT chips, quesos & salsa! ...But... so far food wise I haven't found anything that really impresses me after about 5 times. I had combo fajitas (beef & chicken) today the girl assured me they had some seasoning to them. Granted I am extremely picky when it comes to fajitas I was spoiled by a little "hole in the wall" Mexican restaurant out on 1902 between Burleson & Joshua years ago. They were seasoned up onions & peppers always caramelized. Mmmm the memories! Anyhow no seasoning much to speak of in Fuzzys fajitas.. beef was tough! I ordered the Latin potatoes not sure what was Latin about them no peppers no onions not even salt & pepper plain fried cubes disappointing. Guacamole was good. My husband had a beef & a cheese enchilada hw said meh they are okay. Margarita was not good he has had them in the past and they have been good but perhaps someone making them who didn't know how...sparse salt on the rim to say the least.
