Came here again after not coming for 3 months. This location will never change after speaking with customer service multiple times. They are constantly out of many menu items all the time. To be able to supply what is on your menu should be the most basic requirement a restaurant needs to meet. If you run out of everything every week, then whoever is making the orders is incompetent and needs to be replaced. I ordered a tropichop and they couldn't get me corn or barbecue sauce. They didn't have the deserts I wanted... again. Customer service should not try to reach out to anyone with their fake promises of reaching out to the store for improvement. Most of the people that have taken my order have been nice except for a particular guy called Victor. The first time around I greeted him with a smile and everything but as soon as he took my order (like he hates his job and was mad that I was ordering) I thought, oh maybe he is just having a bad day. But dang, I went again and the guy truly is an ass. He just doesn't wanna work there, I get it but man. I have done customer service before you have to at least have a neutral attitude. Hello im amazed on how good this pollo tropical is. I have been coming to this location and I love it. They have the best chicken and rice ever. The chicken is delicious, having a crispy taste with an amazing texture of the juicy meat and the rice is soft and really good. Im honestly impressed on how good the costumer service is. It looks like everyone working here is new to this restaurant and definitely new to the food industry. Corporate needs to step in cause this ship is sinking. I've never understood why it's so difficult to follow an UberEats or Postmates order. I asked for a bowl of chicken soup and receive a bowl of straight up corn. My roommate ordered a pan con lechón meal with soup and Diet Coke, only received the sandwich (which was cold) and a side of mac and cheese, and my significant other ordered a pan con lechón which was also cold. When I placed my order at drive thru, I asked for a full chicken all dark meat. Guy told me they couldn't do it but that they could give me three darks and one white. I said OK. I asked for the breaded chicken bowl and they had no pineapple sauce for it. I proceeded to ask for Yuca and they didn't have any. Then I asked for cilantro sauce and salsa and guess what, they didn't have that any either. I proceeded to the window to pick up my food and the guy told me that they never have sauces in that location and to go to another location if I really truly wanted sauces. So when I got home, the order for my chicken was wrong because it was all white meat after I specifically asked the guy and he agreed on partial dark meat. The fried chicken was soggy and it had no flavor. I tried to keep an open mind due to the circumstances such as these crazy times we are living in due to Covid but how do you run a business like that?
