You can also add chorizo or morcilla (blood sausage) for an additional $2 which is worth it if you want the traditional full experience. People always say "good food takes time," and sure, that's understandable when a restaurant is busy. But this place wasn't even halfway full. There were plenty of open tables inside and outside, so the wait made no sense -- especially considering the food wasn't worth it.
