Been here a handful of times now because I live right down the road from here and every time I come, the food is perfect and served very quickly! I do like that the location is very easy to find but parking can be a little ridiculous especially on a busy thing, because the lot is shared with a handful of other businesses. The location is very clean and I like how there are a couple touch screens where you can order your food if you choose not to want to go to the front and order with a person. I usually get the $10 Char meal which is a half Santa Fe burger, a side, five chicken nuggets and a soda . Definitely worth the price! The Santa Fe Charburger is wonderful and the guacamole on it always tastes fresh! The burger is always cooked perfectly and I like the nice little crusted Edge it has because it's a smashburger. The chicken nuggets are also always massive and very juicy. I will say that the staff could maybe be a little more friendly, more times than not my food is served with just being placed on the counter and then the worker walking away without saying much. I do like that I see the manager doing a lot of work while I'm here and you can definitely tell that the female manager keeps everybody in line! Other than the wait the last couple times, even though there was almost no one there, this place has always had a steady stream of great food when I order to-go! The location is always clean and the staff is very helpful and ready to serve/take my order each time I am there! They also inform me of the specials and my order usually is the $10 meal deal which is the 'Gotta habit deal'. This is a half Santa Barbara char burger with a side salad or fries and then a 5 pc chicken bites and soda! The burger is wonderful and the perfect size with all the rest of the food I get. The burger is always cooked perfectly! The fries are good but nothing to write home about. I also love how crispy and juicy the nuggets always are and how well they go with the BBQ dipping sauce they have! I am not a fan of Pepsi so I usually get their lemonades which are very good but insanely sugary and sweet so I usually dilute it a little bit. So the service was ok , there was a long line and no control of who was next and the staff didn't let people know , so people were doing whatever they wanted and I got skipped three times . The girl who took my order was super nice , and more helpful than other staff members. I have eaten at this location a few times and overall, the bugers and salad are very good. My issue is that it shouldn't take 20-25 minutes at a fast casual/order at the kiosk restaurant to get the food served. There was a lot of nonsense conversations from the kids behind the counter who were supposed to be cooking and prepping the orders. I understand how hard it is to get good employees and as slow at the process was, I think it took far too long and they will hopefully get quicker in the future. I visited this location last Sunday with my girlfriend and it was a mixed experience. While the food was quite tasty and reasonably priced, we had to wait over an hour for our food, which is unacceptable for a fast casual restaurant. The manager was trying her best to keep on top of everything, but it seemed like all the other employees were letting her down. One of them was even messing around and spilled a milkshake, which another employee had to remake. We didn't even come at that busy of a time. There were only 2 other customers ahead of us, and everyone who came after us also had an extremely long wait. There were a couple of large takeout orders, but there has to be a better way to complete takeout and dine in orders. All told, I would try another location but not this one again. read more

Yum! I love Habit Burger. This was my second time at this location. The staff were so cheerful. I ordered the Char Cheeseburger (or whatever the exact name is) and fries. The fries are delicious but I definitely wish they gave more of them. Or they could offer more than just one size. I did not want to order another order of them because I would have ate them all. The burger is large so it would have been too much food. I ordered my burger with no mayo and extra pickles. This is exactly what I received. The meat is fresh. I think they say it is not frozen? I am not entirely clear on that but it probably is fresh, not frozen. The taste is great. The bun was fresh. I love the banana pepper and pepperoncini bar. The strawberry limeade was a little too sweet. Next time I will add some water to dilute it. Their bathroom was clean. I have been to the Pines location many times and I can say both locations put pride into their food and service. Came here yesterday for the second time as I had a coupon for a free cheeseburger. I ended up also purchasing a side of fries/onion rings. The place was packed at lunch time on a work day which is no surprise because the food is soo good! Despite it being packed, they keep the place very clean. Staff is quick with taking orders and making/sending out food. They even give you the little vibrating thing to tell you when your food is ready so people aren't crowding the pickup area. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and I recommend parking in the back so you don't have to fight for a spot out front. read more

My family and I have been meaning to try this place and finally got around to it after church on Sunday. You order at a kiosk or at the counter, seat yourself, and then get your order when your number is called. The place is not fancy, but clean and bright. The three of us had 2 portabella chars, one charburger, one order of sweet potato fries, and an order of onion rings. When you order from the kiosk screen you can add as little of a accompaniment that you want (or none at all). No mayo and no pickles for me. They don't add salt and pepper, so you will have to open the nicely wrapped burger to add your spices and ketchup and rewrap it. I loved the tiny bits of grilled onions on the burger. They remind me of White Castle hamburgers (which I loved), but these are way better because the burger is moist and tasty and of a better quality. The sweet potato fries were OK. Not crispy and meaty enough. The onion rings were perfection. We hope to try the new Korean BBQ burger next (not on the menu but it was advertised in the store) and the tempura green beans. We also may have to splurge and try a frozen treat. With the reasonable prices and close vicinity to church, the Habit Burger Grill may very well become a frequent stop for Sunday lunch! read more

I go to this place often on my lunch break for about 2 years now at the beginning I would always order BBQ burger fries and nuggets but got nuggets one time out of several times and it was raw on the inside. We ate here a lot, and then one day they made a small mistake on our order, and instead of just fixing it, they gave us a hard time. We stopped going for a while. It's kind of out of the way and there's a cool Banh Mi place and a cool taqueria that are both closer and also not jerks... and a Popeye's near the house didn't help the situation. Then COVID happened, so they never even got a second chance. Until last week. We were in the area and said, "Hey, what the heck". So we went. It was a re-run.
