    Classic chicken sandwich.
    Tifanny B.

Pollo Campero hit the spot for dinner. I got the classic chicken sandwich with the yuca fries and campero sauce as well as the buffalo sauce. This is the second one I have gone to, the first one I went to is in Miami Gardens. There was a steady stream of cars in the drive thru but they still manage to move pretty efficiently. If you want a good quality and affordable meal then Pollo Campero is a good choice.

We stopped in Pollo Campero for a quick to go dinner on Sunday. The place was very clean with only a few other patrons. We ordered a spicy sandwich, 2 piece fried chicken meal with mac n cheese and a 4 piece mixed meal with yuca fries. We actually enjoyed everything. The fried and grilled chicken were both very tasty and the mac n cheese was rich and creamy. The spicy sandwich wasn't really spicy itself but the sauce on it added a nice zing. We asked for one of each sauce which they had no issues with. The creamy jalapeño and buffalo were our favorites. They also have horchata, mango and Jamaica drinks available. We tried the horchata and found it really good. I'm sure we'll try it again for a fast, easy chicken meal.

Competition has been added to the neighborhood. This new fast casual fried chicken and etc. has just opened for business. Service was very good as they had every executive from the company making sure the experience was superb. The flavors range from mild to spicy, and they have a variety of chicken meal sizes. The fried chicken was very good. Nice crunchy texture on the outside and juicy dark meat on the inside.

I'd been waiting for ages for Pollo Campero to open, and it finally did last week. I opted to go through drive-thru, but I could see that the inside was packed. At the drive-thru, the person on the other side of the microphone could barely hear me, it sounded very loud on their side with a lot of people talking, he had me repeat myself several times, and by the time I got my order through, I thought everything was correct. I got to the window and the type of chicken that I want and some add-ons were incorrect, but they were happy to adjust everything to correct it. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, with mac & cheese on the side, and a two piece meal with fried yuca, to enjoy the next day. The sandwich was not very spicy, and the chicken was a little bit dry, but it did have really good flavor. The mac & cheese was surprisingly, really good, and it reminds me of a better version of KFC's. The grilled chicken was amazing, and I was expecting it to taste like the competition (Pollo Tropical, La Granja, etc.), but it had a very unique set of spices on it that made it taste original and juicy. The fried yuca was made perfectly and I asked for a side of their campero sauce to dip with, but I really wasn't a fan. It tasted like BBQ sauce mixed with ranch.

$12 meal includes 2 pieces fried chicken, side, and bread or tortilla. Drink not included.

Pollo Campero fried chicken is legit! Tastes like the real thing in El Salvador I was disappointed that my $12 meal did not include a drink

I had been waiting for this place to open since I passed by daily on the way to and from work. I was really happy to see that it was open and ready to serve. Upon entering, we noticed that it was packed, which was a good sign! We decided to go for both the grilled and fried chicken, the Campero rice, the yucca, and the mac & cheese. Everything was delicious, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned. I also tried their hibiscus juice, and it was very refreshing. It was quite a bit of a wait to get our food, but it was understandable because it was extremely packed inside of the small space. We do look forward to returning to try more of their menu.

    Delicious sweet plantains

Went to try this new chicken place originally from Guatemala. Everything was very good . Chicken was moist, juicy, and tasty. We tried both the fried and grilled. The black beans are flavorful. The sweet plantains are also very good and well above average. Overall, this restaurant's food is good quality and tasty but a bit expensive compared to other chicken restaurants in the area. Service is attentive, but you must speak Spanish or else. It's hard to communicate.

We were in Ft Lauderdale for the weekend and found this place on Google…read more One pound of wings was ~$13.99. They also have a combo that comes with fries and a drink. I placed a call-in order. The wings were hot & fresh, lightly crispy, and a good size. I'm not sure if I picked the wrong flavor, but the "Honey Garlic" wings were a miss. The The flavor was just not very pronounced and the sauce was either too bland or not enough of it was on the wings. I didn't enjoy them so I didn't finish them. The fries were the best part of the experience in my opinion. They just needed some seasoning on them and they would have been perfect. Sidenote: The restaurant nickle and dimes you for everything. Extra wing sauce? Charge. Extra ranch? $1.50 charge. (I don't even think it's homemade) Want to use your debit/major credit card? 3% charge. I ended up paying in cash to avoid the extra card processing charge, but in my opinion I felt like the restaurant was trying to charge for every little thing. I avoid places with practices like this because it feels like they don't value their customers overall (just the almighty dollar bill). The prices were already a bit steep, why charge just to use a card? I was not impressed by Wow Wing House and probably would not return.

First, multiple areas both inside and outside to enjoy yourself. The food is incredible!!! First, the wings are hands-down the best I had outside of update New York. Second the burgers are the perfect match to the ice cold beers. Their pizza is a contender to what I ember from Philly. But the "Dark Horse" is the fried fish sandwich! It's hard to call it a sandwich when the fish filet is SO big you have to eat half of the fish to be able to start to see the bun. It's perfectly made and NOT some crap frozen square fish filet. Always take an entire sandwich home because it takes you that long to even be able to assemble it as a sandwich. As for service, well that goes without saying. We ordered the Hawaiian and Lemon Pepper boneless chicken wings with a side of french fries and raspberry iced tea. In about 45 minutes from time of order, the footsteps approaching my door was highly anticipated. The Uber Eats driver handed me the large bag containing my meal which I quickly analized. The Hawaiian chicken had a thick glaze which mimicked the sweet and sour sauce for the famous nuggets at McDonald's. Of course I ate the lemon chicken but the Hawaiian was overwhelmingly better. The thin cut fries were not crispy, although seasoned extremely well and were plentiful. They provide ranch dressing (superb taste) for dipping the wings in addition to hot sauce packets which were not used. The meal price was $17.00 which is competitive with other similar meals. Unfortunately, the Uber Eats delivery fee was an extra $8.00. Worth it? Have not decided yet.

I appreciate the large ranch dipping cups and the utensils provided that I didn't ask for. Overall I think it's a good place for lunch, my order was completed on time, food was fresh and delicious.

If it's your first time there it can be a little confusing on ordering but we figured it out and we were well taken care of. We were going to start with pretzel bites but we had a little snafu after a long talk about pickles and my pickle phone case so we ended up with the fried pickles. They were amazing and they weren't spears or slices they were bite size barely breaded (yay!) bites with a little bit of heat sauce. So good! They are obviously not made from frozen and are soooooo good! We then had the pretzel bites. It came with a thick cheese sauce that had a kick. My husband and I loved them too! I had a caprese hoagie (pressed) small. And my husband has a small North Fork small hoagie. It looked amazing and was HUGE for a small. We also had handcut fries. I love when restaurants serve fresh cut fries. They just taste different. So good. All in all, we loved it! There is something for everyone to eat and we are so happy we ended up here by default!
