The store was in disarray, and when you ask a sales person for assistance, the person kind of just blows you off. They say they will be right with you but never came back, and when you complain to the General Manager, he just walks off, too. The prices are just as high as in a regular store but the items are picked over and no longer new. Kind of like buying used clothing at high prices. You'd be better off shopping online or going to a regular retail store. At least when you purchase online, they'll mail you a brand new item for the same price as the outlet, and you won't be treated rudely. Don't recommend this store at all. read more

I love Pollo Feliz polo cologne for many years and just happen to go into the premium outlets polo store walked in, looked around and greeted by anyone. The person that was at the cash registers was busy looking at their phone. I was in the store for almost 15 minutes and not one person came up to say hi or can I help you? Customer service was phenomenal. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. When I needed a question asked, approaching a customer service representative was very easy and I would be able to answer my questions with ease. One of the best Ralph Lauren outlets, with a large selection in the men's and women's sections. With the Ralph Lauren brand, you simply will not go wrong. This store is one of my regular stops when I hit the outlet mall. Very good deals and always plenty stuff to choose from. My favorite section is the home goods. Found quite some high quality sheets with the reasonable price tag. Last week was a girls shopping trip. I took my 3 yrs daughter with me. You may know the restrooms are only close the foot court not too all the stores. When my daughter requested to go potty when she could not hold it any longer. She was not able to make to the food court, she had an accident in the store. I called a staff over and told them what happened. In two minutes, 3 of them came over. Put slippery sign down, mop the floor, gave me say box of tissue, a wet wipes, a plastic bag for soiled clothes, and offered an empty dressing room where I could change her clothes. I was quite impressed. Do they have a procedure to deal this situation? great. I bought a girl set for my daughter so she was all clean and pretty. I few more things as well. We came into the store to do an exchange. We let the cashier know that we wanted to exchange the items for bigger sizes, he informed us that he could do the exchange or have a gift card, we asked for the gift card so we could take our time and look around. All four items had original tags, unworn, and we had the gift receipts. There was an issue scanning the receipts and the system was saying invalid, the cashier went to get someone else, she tried to over ride the system because she said they were having this problem even with other receipts. She could not solve the issue so they went to get the manager Uselis. She tried and it was giving the same issue. She said we could not do the exchange without the receipt but we told her we did have the receipts the merchandise was a gift and we had the gift receipts. She gave us attitude and said again that we could not have a return without the top part of the receipt. I explained to her that how would we have the top portion of the receipt if it's a gift receipt. She gave us attitude again. Eventually she said that we could exchange for the same items. We did, once it was time to go back to the register. The cashier again needed her to override the system and she took so long to come and help us that all the cashiers in store went by us to try to help since we had been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. We waited for about 20 min when finally a different girl came, and completed the transaction. There was no need for the manager Uselis to be rude to us as we were not being problematic or difficult. And there was no need to wait over 20 minutes to be helped when she already knew that she was needed in order for us to complete the return. Very dissatisfied. read more

I am sooo disappointed. On Nov. 24 I went to the store to change a shirt with one size larger that they did not have. So I asked them to order it online and send it to my address. It took more than 20 minutes for the sales person to do it and although He took my name several times and I spelled it for him and his colleague ( mehra) four times, apparently they did not typed it correctly. today is Dec. 9th and after more than two weeks, I hear from UPS that my package is sent back to the sender because "the receiver name is incorrect"! read more

And you don't even have to print it out, they will accept it on your phone. These could range from 15% to 25% and they ALWAYS have one and they ALWAYS work in ADDITION to the discounts in store. So sign up for their emails and check because it just makes the deal even better. Also, pro tip, don't try to go here at midnight on Black Friday. It's packed and the deals arent that good. There was a winter sale (or some sort of sale) when we went on MLK day. The women's sale was much better than the men's (women's wear tend to be discounted more than men's anyway). I got the 2 "skinny fit" polos, a more slim, feminine fit than the "classic fit" in purple and green/white stripe. I also picked up some exercise pants and a wallet -- everything for right under $100. I'm not sure when this sale ends, but I encourage anyone in the area to check it out! Be prepared to stand in line with one register attendant while countless other employees walk around him or her seemingly oblivious to the fact that customers are waiting. This was very frustrating for a store of this size. I just put down my items and went elsewhere after ten minutes of staring at the absurdity of the situation. Timing is everything. I stop in this store every time we do the outlet shopping thing. More often than not, I strike out. But every once in a while I hit the motherload! One time it was pajamas. This last time it was sweaters. So I encourage you to always take a look here. My husband occasionally has luck with the bargain racks here too. This store is always packed with bargain hunters, but the dressing room attendants are on top of things and there are plenty of cashiers. Other employees are about restocking and straightening. One of my favorite stores at Chicago Premium Outlets, although it can be very hit or miss. Sometimes I find 10 things, other times I've left with nada. They have men, women, and children clothing. They no longer have home goods which make me a little sad. A few years ago, I got some really great pastel yellow towels. C'est la vie. I suggest signing up for their email list as they are always sending coupons (most recently - $15 off every $50 you spend!!!). The store can get somewhat dissolved as shoppers go insane looking through the racks, but the employees are friendly and try their best to maintain everything. The people who work the fitting rooms are nice and are happy to grab you another size, color, whatever. I got an amazing polo dress for $20 (originally $65), hot pink skinny jeans for $40 (originally $200), little boys button ups for $20 (yes, I can fit in little boys size, no shame), classic women's tee's $14 when you buy 2 or more, and 25% off my entire purchase for buying a $10 reusable tote bag, to name a few of my best finds in the last year or so. I went into the store today to exchange a dress that is to little for my daughter. I had the receipt in my email. Some how the barcode numbers didn't match the receipt. I explained to the manager I don't know why they don't match but I purchased the item on this day with 2 other items. The manager said it's nothing they can do about it. I really paid close to $300 that day on 3 items. When I made it back home I checked the other items and their barcodes matched. Then I remembered when I initially bought the item it was a size 6 in girls after the transaction was finished I said you know what let me change it to a 6x. Instead of the cashier doing a complete new transaction he seen the price was the same and swapped the item out. That's why the barcode doesn't match the receipt. I literally drove 45mins to come do an exchange and to get told there's nothing they can do is just terrible. This by far was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Especially when it was a mistake on their end. My money went down the drain because there is nothing I can do with this dress that was going to be used to take family photos in. read more

I've been in and out of plenty enough of retail stores to say that Ava is one of the best workers to help me out in retail. She greeted us so whole heartedly and immediately helped us locate all the clothes that we came in looking for. She even made sure we were aware of all the deals and sales going on.
