We ended up spending most of our day here at the Fox Valley Mall. My husband, as well as myself, enjoyed some eats at the food court and being able to visit loads of stores under one roof. There are 2 shopping floors and the bottom floor (labeled FC on the elevator) is the food court, although there is some food on the shopping floors like the 2 different Auntie Anne's storefronts, one on the upper level and one on the lower level. Bathrooms were abundant and clean. The floors were also well kept up without being slippery. If I lived nearby I could see myself being a mall walker here because there is tons of space.

The food court on the lower level of Fox Valley Mall has 10 different places to eat at, including #Fries and Mochi Donut

My experience at the Naperville tjmaxx was so appalling I felt the need to write a review and I never take the time to do that. I frequently visit the tjmaxx in Naperville because my daughter likes their selection of jewelry. Lately whenever we go there I always see this lady by the name of stinger? I was shocked to find out that not only does she work there but she's a manager?! This beastly lady is always yelling and screaming at her underage employees and making the process of shopping entirely unpleasant and frustrating. I always thought that the tjmaxx in Oswego was so much better because of their variety and wide selection of products but this just proves my opinion. I know for a FACT if my daughter worked for this establishment I would personally go in there and make this stingers life more miserable than it already looks. To my fellow girl moms I hope this is a proper warning for you to NOT let your daughters work at this store! I can't imagine why you would have to belittle all of your employees for hours on end. Retail is already such a terrible industry and people like her ruin everything and I'm very concerned about the workers. I hope she gets proper consequences and the next time I go to tjmaxx I won't ever see her. read more

The robotic store manager barked at me when I entered the shop asking if I had a return. I proceeded to browse then found nothing else so I went to the counter to process my return. The same robot was waiting on me and barked at me that I couldn't return without an order number. I asked her if she could look it up with my Maurice's card and she rolled her eyes and said "NOOOO". She was making me so uncomfortable because she kept barking over and over "order number....I just need an order number!!" I was trying to find it in my email and she started whispering to one of the other clerks about me. I walked out without a word and know from now on I'll stick to the shop in DeKalb where I've never been treated rudely at all.

I understand employees can make mistakes but whenever there is an opportunity for coaching like what I witnessed, leadership should ALWAYS take an employee to the back AWAY from the customers. Not only is this common courtesy but the proper way to provide feedback. To witness the employee being ridiculed in front of everyone made me so utterly upset I had to leave the store right away. I couldn't imagine how that worker must be feeling inside and I am disappointed with the upper management at Maurice's. They need to do better by treating their employees with the respect they deserve. To be honest, I regret not speaking up that day and standing up for the employee.
