Every time we come to Orlando we always wind up stopping by here, primarily because you have to walk through it in order to get to the amusement parks and back to your car. But my kids also genuinely love to walk around here and experience the vibe and shop, so we wind up hanging around here quite a bit. I will say this, it's definitely an eye catching spot where you can relax after a day at Islands of Adventure and the Studios and also get some great photos and a beer. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

They are in a very heavy tourist area, so the crowds here seem constant. Imagine Christmas crowds all year long. Although they generally have a nice selection of items, the store is usually a mess. I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience.

Most of the stores that you might have in mind might be already there. The time I went was very busy because Spring Break. But it is to navigate and directory guides are available. The prices are decent- mainly outlet prices which include 10-20% and up to 70% depending on the stores you visit. They will have the prices displayed. You can always ask an employee. The workers I've encountered were very familiar with their customers. Overall, my friends and I had a good experience at this outlet.
