Customer service at this store is absolutely awful. Cashier yelled at us because we couldn't see her in between other employees. Then she continued to be rude until I refused to go to her and waited for the next register to open. Both employees next to her just ignored the situation. No way they didn't hear her. We are here on vacation. There is not an Under Armour store near where we live so I love when I get to find an outlet for them. I found T-shirts for my son and two pairs of shorts for myself. My boys are ages three and five and are a little wild. They were able to run around a little bit while I shopped and all was well. LOTS of shoes here and a decent selection of other things. I was hoping to find a few polo shirts for myself but didn't find what I liked today. Store was arranged well and easy to find things. First, great place to buy all kinds of UA stuff. Clothes of all kinds, shoes, accessories. Very big selection. We're always pleased with how big their selection is. Customer service folks are always top-notch. Very helpful. Really professional and polite. And they know UA products like it's their business (um ... it is ...). I happened to be wearing what was an evidently older version of a UA t-shirt based on the logo. The floor guy started telling me all about it, what generation it was, how well I've evidently been taking care if it based on the lack of fraying of the logo itself. Was really nice to hear from someone with so much passion for the brand. Having said all of that, this is NOT an outlet. Prices are pretty normal (high) though they have a lot of stuff at discounts. This time my son and I each got 30%-40% off of our shirts, plus mysterious UA gift card. So keep that in mind: great place to shop but don't expect outlet prices. read more

I was there over Labor day weekend (Sunday to be exact) where the all the signs said "40% off entire store". Well I grabbed a pair of sneakers for $100 I assumed would be $60 but nope. Full price. There was literally a sign right above that said "40%" off. The guy at the register explained "well those are new". That's not what the sign said. This store has a wide variety of clothing, but I wouldn't even call it an outlet store. The prices to me seemed very high, and not to me affordable. The store isn't very clean, but kind of looks like the inside of a garage. The staff is very friendly, though, and really tries to help you find what you are looking for. When I paid for the items that I bought, the cashier was very friendly also. I forgot my wallet in my car, and I asked him if I can quickly go back to my car, even though my car was on the opposite side of the store. He said absolutely, and I got my wallet, and I paid for my clothing. Good service, but prices a little high. read more

I LOVE Under Armor products. I only can afford this brand when shopping at an outlet. I went in specifically for long spandex shorts. I did not see them, so I asked an associate if they carry them anymore. She knew specifically what product I wanted, and went in the back and got it for me! I bought a pair plus a pair of shorts. I still feel like I am paying a bit much, but the quality of this brand is high above many others, so I feel it is worth the money. Tip: This is an athletic clothing store that carries shirts, shorts, and other workout gear. This particular location has a large selection of shoes as well. I think their marketing of shoes is fairly new, and I have not tried their shoes (therefore cannot comment on them). I use their products for working out and running. I particularly like their spandex (both shorts and for cold weather) and sports bras. I find their cold weather spandex (for below 40 degrees) to be warmer and of higher quality than any other brand. More expensive than other brands, but worth the money. read more

This is September 2018, and customer service is phenomenal--along with the merchandise! I went into the store last week to look for a shoe to wear as a trail runner. IAN, my salesperson went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure I had a great customer experience. He suggested 3-4 pair of shoes to try on, explaining the differences of each. The pair I wanted, it seemed that it's mate was missing. Ian felt terrible, and took my contact info should it turn up (it had been on display). A week later I got a call from FRANK, the store manager, who told me the mate had been found and the pair was at the front desk waiting for me. A small store, and not an outlet per se. There are no more sale items here than there would be anywhere else. You might find a few deals, and there's no state sales tax, but this store doesn't have enough selection to be a really worthwhile trip. Maybe something to do if the weather's bad. read more

In this factory store, there was only one female ski pant with two colors on sales. The style and color were odd. I end up buying three pairs of ski pants at the nearby Columbia's outlet store nearby. The store and changing rooms were clean. It was easy and free to park. read more

I notice the Rehoboth Beach UA has a limited selection. They sell out too quickly. I went to the Maryland UA at OC Outlets. Much bigger selection for sizing and items. Only difference is the 6% sales tax in Maryland. If you see something, buy it. It will probably be gone the next day. Great prices and very helpful business associates. read more

I was shopping at Tanger Outlets (all 3 of them on Route 1) and saw the Under Armour Factory Store. I was curious so I went in to take a look. It's a little disappointing because not all their prices were lower than what you'd find at Dick's Sporting Goods, for example. Constantly restocked, always busy according to an associate. This isn't so much of an outlet store as it is a retail store with an extended selection of clearance. The sizes are spotty, and the selection is limited at best. If you're looking for JUST something to work out in, this would be great for you to pick something up cheaper than in retail stores. First ever rude person (the Manager Stephanie) in Delaware encountered at this store! My mom and I went in today to return a few items we had purchased online. The girl at the counter helping us was nice. She said that in order to complete returns of items purchased online, they would need to call customer service to verify the card that was used to make the purchases. So we waited for about 30 minutes for the girl to make the calls and finally issue the refunds. On the last item, she said she wanted me to provide the card that ended in a specific number. I said I don't have a card with that number. The card I used was one digit off from the card that customer service gave her. So she went to the woman standing next to her at the next cashier (who it seems is the Manager), because she was instructing her what to do through the whole process. Her name is Stephanie. So my mom and I hear Stephanie telling the girl, "just refund the amount to the card she has and get them out of here." Her tone was SO rude and disrespectful. I was going to purchase sneakers and told them both I do want them anymore since you want to "get us out of here." She has the worst attitude, and if she doesn't feel like working or providing the appropriate customer service to people then she should not be working. There are plenty of people out there that need a job that could be more pleasant. If this is the type of people that Under Armour hires, then they should go out of business. We were standing at the counter for 30 minutes waiting for our returns to be completed and we never once complained. And Stephanie, who is supposed to be a role model for her employees, wanted to "get us out of there." Horrible customer service. read more
