The staff then told me my alternator (dynamo) was bad, but I had already taken the vehicle to the dealership before and they were unable to find any issues with the charging system. After going back and forth explaining the situation, they eventually agreed to replace the battery again "for customer satisfaction." However, I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes without any clear communication or urgency. The whole experience was frustrating. I spent money on a battery replacement, still have the same issue, received conflicting diagnoses, and then had to wait a long time for a resolution. I expected better customer service and more accurate troubleshooting.
