Lady it's 90 days. I've also never been to an auto-parts store where workers are so lazy they make customers go to back stock area to dump their own oil. They put new hires on the floor without proper training. I tried to rent a torque wrench, I called ahead to verify they had one. When I ask the kid at the counter, he says we don't have them then starts to walk through the aisles looking for one for purchase. Dumbfounded, I ask for another employee who has the loaner torque wrenches on the back counter. Kid later admits it's his first day. Place is just a mess, management should look into how it's being run. This is the only auto zone that's like this. I've never had any issues at the others. Seriously auto zone is great just not lemon grove, the workers are difficult to interact with and even try to prevent returns or honoring warranties. Go to a different location or check out the oriley's that's just down the street.

Plus I love that you can make an appointment online! I brought my car back in September as I hit a pothole and my alignment appeared to be off as a result. They did a full inspection of the car and found a repair was needed. It was a Sunday and they seemed to have a difficult time getting the part in, but called around and got it done for me while keeping me in the loop along the way. All in all, I was out of there within 5 hours and my car is better than ever. As a note outside of the service I received, the signage about upgrades to the waiting area was up in February as well and there's been no discernible updates when I was there in September for a repair. I'm sure the signs came from corporate but I'd suggest not displaying them until the upgrades are actually underway ;)

The time was one day in the evening when I heard a crunching noise . When I got out of my Red Honda Civic Spirts Coupe, I saw that my rear back end Tail Light has chipped off but the light bulb that is enclosed inside this Rear Tail Lights is still working when I use my turn signal for making right or left hand turns . Allan their manager was very friendly, experienced and very helpful to me in finding this Lens Lite Repair Tape. After being on hold for over 15 minutes I decided to hang up and call again as I felt like I was forgotten about. Someone answered and immediately asked how they could help me instead of placing me on hold...I simply said I was on hold for over 15 minutes and believe you forgot about me. He continued to make excuses about being very busy instead of owning up to the error and admitting I was forgotten about as he was able to assist me on the spot with my second call. I said its okay to admit you simply forgot...he said "NO, I am not playing this game" and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back to speak with the manager and the guy that hung up on me claimed to be the manager, "Steven." I questioned him on how he handled things and he got even more defensive and told me to call Corp if I have a problem and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! I am still in shock a manager would act so unprofessional and act such a way. Well, I took Steven's advice and contacted Corporate with a complaint. Stopped by this past weekend to get a new license plate bracket for my car. My old one had some issues with the bolt holes. Memo helped me locate a new bracket and then figured out what screw combinations would work best. He really took a good amount of time and effort to get me set up correctly. Upon getting home and putting it all together, it looked and (most importantly) fit securely and neatly. Thanks Memo for your help and great customer service!

I asked them where I can get more and they told me this location had 2 more. I asked them if I could exchange the thinner stuff for the stuff i needed if this location had it, they said yes. I get here, ask for the exchange and the owner raises hell about how these products are on clearance and they don't want to take the thinner fluid back. I told him my story and he angrily did the exchange. I was not pleased but glad to get what I needed. I have found that carquest employees, in general, are rude over the phone. I prefer to go to NAPA or kragen/autozone when they have what I need.
