Good stuff at a good price with nice staff. This is a little store with great products. The car sprays smell so good and last.

Best mobile detailing in San Diego. We were looking for a professional detailer for a long time…read more From start to finish, the process was smooth. We got 2 cars detailed, and both have been nailed. Thank you, guys.

Even though "Jose," my detailer, did a standard job on my VW yesterday I can not recommend this…read morecompany for your detailing needs. There are too many other choices in San Diego County and this one needs to be avoided. It all starts with first impressions as a new customer. Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

Yeah, NEVER coming back here again. F this place, I walk in looking for a wheel lock removal tool…read morethat Napa makes. Common tool. It's their brand. Walk in, dude greats me in Spanish. Apparently this Napa is in Tijuana! I speak Spanish well (I'm mexican) BUT not enough to describe what I need in Spanish, so I ask him in English. "Looking for a wheel lock removal socket". Dude stares at me like it's not his job to sell parts. He grunts a little and says "oh..." stares at his computer, looks at me and says "we don't have that" in broken English, doesn't even try to look up a part. I look at the other Mexican next to him "do you know what I'm talking about?" He types in stuff in the keyboard and says "oh no. We don't have that". So I say "okay, let me google the p/n for you. Look, here it is, on your Napa website. $13" He stares at my phone, types in something and says "oh, we don't have that. No one has it anymore." "So they don't make it or you have to order if?" "It's special order. 2 days" "How much?" "$23 and there is a freight charge of $18" "Why is there a freight charge? It's a freaken 1/2" drive socket. They shit can fit in my pocket" "I don't know.".... Freaken useless people, I hate when the employees act like they are doing you a favor when you walk in. If you don't like your job, quit.

Napa had the best price out of 5 auto parts places shopped. I had an oil leak and had to replace the camshaft seals, timing belt, and water pump. I ordered for pick up and it was ready in a day. The cashiers were a riot, laughing and telling jokes with me while I waited for someone to bring out my parts. Be careful though, he almost didn't give me everything. I had to double-check the parts list before I left, and the guy had forgotten one box. Overall, this was a very good experience! Time will tell to see how these aftermarket parts hold up in my car... 3 weeks later: The mechanic said the seals were trash so he replaced it with ones he had. However, I still have a small leak so it's still tbd if these parts are the problem.... Another 3 weeks later: My trusty mechanic/owner Alex from Value Auto Repair took another look and no more oil leaks!
