This company is horrible, I booked 2 ponies for a my little pony party. I requested a pony w pink hair. It looked like they just dyed its hair 5 mins before the party. It was messy and wet looking. It was embarrassing but what was I supposed to do at that point. Then when it was over my mom was picking up after the ponies. The didn't even clean up after them. I had also ordered a balloon arch and last minute they said they couldn't do it. I was so mad and annoyed, I really didn't want to pay them for their services. I was referred by a friend and I'm so glad I went with them. This is by far the best place I've rented from. I called them last minute on Thursday, I received the quote and got the delivery on Friday night. They set up the canopy extremely fast and were very accommodating with the set up. I wanted to rent 2 ponies and others party supply and Carmen was very nice to give me a discount. I was so busy to confirm my booking with her until I did she was already booked. I was trying to work out my schedule and Carmen was so nice to try to squeeze me in her busy schedule. But that didn't go thru bc I couldn't change my schedule around.
