We have been coming here for years to get our Christmas letter printed, and we've been really happy with pictures results. Today I took in a document on my phone from micro-fish, and asked if emailed a .jpeg could the document be lighted and thus readable. To my surprise, the reply was, " give me a few minutes and I'll show you what it will look like." Wow, was I ever impressed and so pleased as well. I have been to this place at least 3 times since they moved to Winchester. All 3 times I went in during business hours and every time there was nobody at all in sight. Every time, Including today, I went inside, rang the bell several times, yelled "hello!" Many, many times. But I never saw or heard one person in there. So if you want to use their services, you may have to do a stakeout. read more

Go see Frances now! I had a big copy job (bigger than I realized). I chose CopyCo because their prices were the best of the four stores I called. Given the prices, I didn't expect excellent service... I was so wrong. Frances was not only patient with me, helpful about how to save money and organize all my papers, and super professional -- quick, organized -- she also worked past closing to finish my job, offered to come find me at the nearby Starbucks, and didn't charge extra for the copies she accidentally made in color. Although this small copy shop is practically a one-woman show, I would go back to it again and again for the prices, the professionalism, and Frances' calming approach. Word of warning to first timers: Ignore Google's directions and turn onto Curtner (where the parking lot and entrance are) instead of staying on Camden (which will end you up on the freeway). read more

I go to them bc they are supposed to be the experts but the woman at the counter couldn't take my order and treated me like I'm supposed to know how to do her job. I am an event planner with a very hectic schedule. I needed some last minute printing done for an event and this store is very near my office. I took a chance and went inside, not knowing what I would get. Turned out it was the best choice I could have made. I would do 0 stars if I could. I have given this company multiple chances. There quality of work is good it's the customer service I have the problem with. 1st they never notify me if they get an order or if it's done I always have to call which I let slide. 2nd I had an order that when it was printed the color came out completely different. I feel they should have notified me when they saw this so I could fix it before having to pay for the order twice. 3rd and final straw I placed an order on Thursday a week before thanksgiving and I have called, emailed multiple times with no return so now I have to give people a 9 day notice to a birthday because the invites where never printed. Absolutely horrible place to work with and I will never go back. I was really hoping this place would work out but j have given then enough of my business. We would need 700 double-sided copies by the next day, and Copyco was closing in a few minutes. Well how lucky am I? They stayed open an extra 45 minutes for me, and did the copying we needed! I have used this company several times. They use to have awesome service. The last three times I have used them, I felt their service had drastically declined. Recently, I contacted them and wanted to place a $1000+ order. They balked at every file I sent over. I ended up using on online copy company and had my order in my hands in 3 days for half the price.... And they used the same PDF I had sent to Copyco. I feel their service is lazy. I was in a bind and Yelped a place that made copies for architectural drawings. Yeah, I know super specific and the kind of places that do this type of work is far and few in between. After stopping by 4 places or so, all of them tragically told me I was at the wrong place. I finally stumbled across Copyco. Instead of wasting gas and more time, I called and they told me over the phone they would copy what I needed and do so in a reasonable amount of time. Did I mention I was on a time crunch. Long story short, I got lost, doubled back a couple times. Finally, I found this place serendipitously may I add because low and behold, they were located next to a Starbucks. After much pain, I decided I was going to stop at the Starbucks to regroup and that's when I located Copyco. Pretty legit place. While I relaxed at Starbucks sipping on my iced caramel macciato, Coppyco slaved away and churned out 40 pages or so of copied architectural pages.
