2 stars because- it's nice that this location isn't that busy when I came around 4pm. But I wasn't happy with their customer service and it definitely needs improvement! I was in line and next to the 3 counters helping the customers before me. After the guy (in one of the counters) helped the customer, he just left like there's no more other people waiting in line. Even after I went closer to the counter and patiently waiting for the other 2 counters. One of them finished helping the customer and he left, too. Like really?! So I have to ask twice to get some help and only then did one of the guys came to help me. Wow, there's actually a lot of them there and it's not that busy. Arrived here on a Monday afternoon around 12:45 pm to do some printing for a return label. Spacious parking lot, so no worries there. Not that many customers inside and about 3 FedEx associates tending to the store. I didn't need any help since I went to the self service printer. Super accessible and easy to do instructions by either having a USB or sending a file to the store email address and inputting a specific code. I typically use this FedEx location as it is the most convenient for me. The service is generally neither exceptional nor problematic. However, during my most recent visit in the afternoon, I encountered an issue with the assistant manager, Alfred, that I feel needs to be addressed. The location was quite busy, which I completely understand, and I was prepared to wait in line to drop off my packages as I required a receipt. While I was waiting, Alfred called out from behind the front desk, instructing me to simply leave the packages. I responded politely that I would wait, as I needed a receipt. A few minutes later, he asked again, even though he was assisting another customer and I was in a different line. Once more, I replied that I needed a receipt. At this point, Alfred rolled his eyes and looked directly at the customer in front of him, who appeared visibly uncomfortable and smiled at me sympathetically. A simple acknowledgment: such as, "Sure, I can print a receipt for you" would have been entirely appropriate and professional. Unfortunately, the dismissive tone and body language displayed were disappointing and unnecessary. I understand that everyone can have a stressful day, and this location seemed particularly busy today. However, professionalism and basic courtesy should still be maintained. Based on this experience, I would rather drive to a different location than return to this one. read more

Went in hoping to quickly just print out 2 copies for work and did the self service and was waiting for the code for over 15-20 min no joke ! I asked both of the 2 guys working if I could just quickly get it printed in front they said no to just keep waiting for my code that's ridiculous. I ended up leaving unhappy. read more

Had to send out a bunch of documents and had a prepaid FedEx label for the same. Looked up the nearest FedEx Office location and turned out to be the one in Campbell. Got in and found a convenient parking spot. Shoutout to Ricardo who was amazing and quick with the request. He took the documents wrapped them up in an envelope , sealed it shut and gave me my receipt in a matter of a few seconds I'd say. Amazing customer service , wonderful location and they have a lot of services from printing, to packaging etc. Please do give them a visit. read more

The only reason I'll give it a two star is because it's convenient to where I live, my major issue with this location is their hours that's written on their doors is either not accurate or employees are just going home early. My work hours conflict and I just rushed here as fast as I could before the hours your location states on yelp and door says you close. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed. On not one visit but TWO, I had the incredible pleasure of being assisted by a team member by the name of Don. It was truly the best customer service I have received in memory. My first visit entailed a emailed fax, printing, etc. and he so patiently walked me through each step, I felt as though I sincerely mattered to him (and, therefore, the company). On my second visit, I was so moved by his proactive assistance and his overall kindness, I left the store with tears in my eyes. He is a true gem and, I would argue, the best employee in all of Fed Ex. Thank you for employing people who take genuine care and treat others like good friends, known and unknown. My experience will be shared with as many people as I have an opportunity to tell. 10/10 doesn't do justice to my interaction with him. Truly. Someday I will find the time to really dig in and understand the logistics model behind FedEx. It's incredible what they and other similar companies do if you step back and really think about it. For not that much money, they take your package, take it to the airport, put it on a plane, and then truck it to the address in another part of the country or the world and in a really short amount of time. One of my gifts was ready for printing and an associate helped me pick out the best paper, gloss/matte, and size for the frame I had brought for it. This is one of my go-to FedEx offices for printing. The process is as easy as emailing them the document you want printed, receiving a retrieval code moments later, entering the code on one of the printers in store, and selecting how many and the color. Could not be easier. The employees at this location are helpful and usually pretty friendly too. The parking lot can be a bit crazy at times with all the medical offices and multiple entrances into the lot. If you park a bit down the way instead of right up front it's usually a little less hectic and easier to get out. read more

So my wife tried calling to find out if our packages were on hold for pick up! So she was put on hold. Someone else processed to pick up and asked her if she needed help. She asked about the packages. The worker there asked for a tracking number, and as she was giving it, the worker rudely interrupted her, asking only for the last four. He didn't state that initially. She then asked if they could be picked up tomorrow, and all the worker told her she needed to bring someone with her because the boxes were heavy and then hung up! The lack of customer service and professionalism was absent and not a good representation of the organization. The guy in the white, manager needs anger management and communication. You don't need to start yelling the same thing belligerently. Have you tried communicating a different way? First of all the copiers isn't the the one that's giving us directions to print. The small black machines are the ones that does that. So you should've said that instead of saying "Copier!! Copier!!!" It seems like he, and his white Employee seemed a lot more patient with male customers than female. His employee wasn't very nice to this other woman either. read more

I used to drive all the way to the Cupertino de enza location although I lived near this one. The manager may be talkative and nice to certain people but he is talkative when there is a long line of people. He does not work smart, his hands are so slow, and he is not good with tech. At the Cupertino location, they always give me a pen and paper if I don't have the address written down on a envelope. This dude scolded me when I asked for one and told me to spell the whole address out, which was Korean, and then took forever to do it. And he still always refuses to give me a pen and paper!!! One day, he was chit chatting with a lady when there were six people in line and I had to pick up my child. I waited 17 minutes to drop off an envelope with the label printed out. He cannot multi task for the smallest things at all. And the worst part is- he is always there. read more

Nobody greets you or attends to your needs & they all hide behind a computer way in the back instead of being up at the counter attending customers. This happens every single time we come to this establishment which is why I try avoiding this location at all costs. I have a physical disability and standing around balancing on my walker and trying to make copies is a struggle. My usual experience here is that one of the staff comes over and asks me if I need help. I gratefully accept the help. On my most recent visit, Pablo was very professional, efficient, and respectful. Many of the machines were not working, and only one copier was up and running (thus, the four stars instead of five). Pablo completed the job quickly and that freed up the machine for others who were waiting. He helped them as well since there was only that one machine working. Pablo rocks! read more

I called before going in to ask if they do passport photos for a specific country and the rep said yes. When I got in, the rep at the counter said I will need to trim the photo to the size I need and they do not validate the photo which is required for the application. Please just say you don't do passport photos for that country. It's a total waste of my time read more

Not once have I ever had a problem with shipping, printing or even asking for estimates at this FedEx location. I have visited FedEx during the most earliest, latest and busiest times and yet every employee there has always helped me with the upmost respect, care and knowledge. It's very overdue that I'm writing a review for this FedEx location, but I'm writing now wanting to express my biggest appreciation for the employee who helped me out in the print section today. I was unsure on how to use the self-service machines, nor did I feel comfortable using them; so I went to the service desk instead. I explained my project to the employee and she completely took everything into her hands. She was prompt with letting me know about paper types, sizes, etc. Luckily all I wanted was the most basic print, on the most basic paper. The printer's color is in CMYK, so if you're planning on printing RBG, it's best to convert your files to see the color difference in CMYK before you print. I was finished at the service desk in about 2 minutes, waited for my prints for about 2 minutes and was expedited from check out in about 2 minutes! The process in total really took about 6 minutes. If that's not saying quick and fast service, then I don't know what else to tell you. I wanted to say thank you because not only did my print turned out as expected but I was taken care of throughout the whole process. Really great people at this FedEx location. I live far into the east side of San Jose and always find myself making the extra drive just for their amazing service. Thanks again crew! read more
