They were extremely patient with the many questions we had about our spa since we had never had one before. They explained all of the operations and knobs on our spa and told us everything we needed to know to keep it in tip top shape. They offer free pool water tests and even provide reusable/resealable plastic sample bottles. Unlike "back in the day" Radio Shack visits where you felt assaulted upon entry, Tim's top notch counter service was the perfect balance of competent help and friendly banter (but not overly chatty). After building an electronically stored profile for my friend's pool, he quickly performed tests on the water sample and concluded it was low on chlorine. Instead of overselling stuff we didn't need, Tim simply said "All you need is 1-2 40lb bags of salt; they're $9 each." Sure enough, 2-3 days after dumping 2 bags in and running the pump, the water was clear again. My friend couldn't believe their honesty and fair prices. When he mentioned a competitors tactics upon checkout, Tim used diplomacy not criticizing another vendor but simply stating Leslie's are franchises and must abide by consistent pricing and rules of enhancement. Every other spa place we checked had a 6 month to a year or more wait time. We ordered the Dr. Wellness G-6 Tranquility Series 6 person spa and it was delivered to our home in 9 weeks from order date. We had it delivered to the store and Keith arranged the delivery to our home an hour and half away. The delivery persons completely unpacked and put in place, all we had to do was get the electrician to finish hooking it up. Besides being a great looking spa, the jets pressure are amazing. Even though it's just the two of us, this 6 person spa gives us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the different jets. It has colored lights that give a nice ambience in the evening and bluetooth speakers that produce good sound. It's well made, easy to use and very comfortable, I love the lounger. We engaged Blue Tropix to resurface the pool with excellent results (see photo). The process was explained and when the resurfacing was completed they did the startup as well, which is important.
