When I arrived to the store today, they wouldn't honor the receipt. The guy behind the counter told me someone had already picked up the chlorine (same day as purchase) and basically called me a liar. He absolutely refused to listen to me when I explained this was impossible, and just stood there staring at me in a standoff. So now I am out the money paid to them. The best part? Obviously special order with colors could be months out. I bought GRANDEE with all the bells and whistles BUT to be an very easy product t maintain. Delivery was good with exception that my person did not measure correctly and installers had to remove my side fence ($100 more) and paid on spot. MUST MUST ensure your entrance will work for spa & your concrete slab area is large enough to accommodate. This was my own mess BUT installers made it work out. I had 2 frantic calls to Mercedes who immediately was on call (now her work days) to answer my questions. This is how helpful she is!! The home setup once filled with water was pretty simple. Ensure you have the steps for the products to set your water balancing etc I am happy with this model. Definitely roomy. The jets are hard pressure when adjusted so I am happy, The seats are deep enough for adults. And of course the kids think it's a warm pool. I would recommend Mercedes to help anyone who is looking.

Second... name one other pool company with this level of review. You can't because they mostly take advantage of owners - Juan is true, honest and fair. Delivers and is easy to work with. Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily.
