We've had problems with a very large Japanese soaking tub in our bathroom for almost a year and they solved all the problems with it in just 2 visits. Matt Hampton and Michael Dalton are the very best technicians in the trade and are the nicest guys to work with and consummate professionals. Theresa the owner of the company is a thoroughly responsible person. Her follow through in customer satisfaction check in's are something that everyone should do but rarely does. She makes her customer feel like they are very special and important to her and her staff. Don't bother to work with anyone else if you have either a hot tub or a very expensive soaking tub like we do. We worked with a bunch of other companies over a one year span who failed to solve all the challenges with our tub. I wish we had known about and worked with California Cooperage right from the start. Think of it, I could have been enjoying the use of our tub for a full year if only I had found them sooner. Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily.
