We honestly could not be happier! Our 20+ year old pool was ragged, needing repairs and a facelift. Dependable Pools came to our rescue with a beautiful makeover! We had used another pool renovation company 10 years ago, but when we ran into issues, she would not warranty any work that was done, telling us she was just helping us contract the work. She left us feeling bullied and abandoned. The Dependable Pools Crew came in, offered us warranty included on their work, tore out our old coping, tile, and pool surface, transformed our backyard pool area into a beautiful space that we love so much! We even had them coat our pool deck to manage heat, and cover our ugly, old concrete. It's amazing! Our family and dogs are so much happier not to have burning feet while walking on the pool deck. The crews that worked at our home are some of the best in the business and the finished product is 5 star all the way. We also have Dependable Pool service come out to service our pool each week which has made life much easier. There are a lot of choices out there for pool renovation, but you will not find a more honest, trustworthy, professional, experienced and DEPENDABLE company to work with. This company is the worst. They have serviced my pool for over a year now and over a years time at…read moreleast 15 to 20 times I have had to call them and tell them that their technician is not cleaning my pool. They might skim the leaves off the top. They almost never empty my vacuum bag. They might empty one of my skim baskets. They almost never brushed my pool. I can guarantee you they are not checking my equipment. I tried many times to get the owner to acknowledge and correct the problem. However, it continued. They would offer to send back the technician to complete the job at which time I had already completed it myself or the technician did come back and still did not complete the job. Their technicians are extremely lazy. I have caught them on my camera many times sitting on my lounger on their cell phones and just not doing the work. I gave it a two stars because there were a few times that I did receive a complete 100% job of them doing everything they stated that they do. They take zero ownership and make zero compensation at the homeowners expense. In some, this is thievery at its best. Shame on people.

The first day he came to our house he taught us the basics of how salt water pools work and then he taught us and showed us stuff about of equipment we have from the previous owners. He even offered to fix a piece of our equipment for us. He's extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He also put in time to serve our country which I am grateful for. He's a pleasure to work with and he knows his stuff. Our pool was in bad shape and after two visits, I am all set to jump in our pool tomorrow! Yes tomorrow! Great work repairing a kitchen drawer where the rail bracket broke (due to the weight of too many…read morecooking utensils) at a reasonable price. He replaced both brackets and realigned the drawer so it would close completely. I have not put the utensils back in the drawer yet to reorganize and lighten the load. No more marble rolling pin in there!
