Carl has been a godsend. We bought a new hot tub. It got delivered, we had it wired and it never…read moreworked. The manufacturer blamed are electrician. The manufacturer wanted us to use their service person who wanted to charge $255 just to show up and look at the tub and then the service charge would be added on from there. Carl came out and got the hot tub running for us so it would not freeze. He even loaned us a temporary pump as he discovered our pump is blown. Carl has even spoken to the manufacturer on our behalf so we can try and get a new pump. I cannot say enough good things about him knowledgeable incredibly helpful and awesome.
