It seems something's often bad when we want to use the pool or hot tub: Grandchildren coming for the weekend found the pool too acidic (burned their eyes); hot tub frequently chemically unbalanced (pH or bromine) so not useable; had to be told not to stain deck with chemical drippings. Gave up asking for temperature control repair of hot tub. Cool August weather meant heating pool, but heater doesn't work - I told the cleaning team 4 days ago, then texted Kevin, but now it's Labor Day and cannot use our pool.
