Reply to owner's response: I did not choose the pool cover. As a new pool owner I asked them for the best cover and they provided an inferior one. They charged me $3625 for the cover which sells for $1800 to $2100 from reputable, licensed and insured service companies in the area. Their invoice only stated pool cover and did not detail the type or model number.
