I'm not sure who you guys had service my area on June 25, 2024 in Waco Tx for a jump start but totally unprofessional very much a liar and you guys should do better as one of the leading providers with unlocking and jumpstarting cars. Sad thing is he only called once and we have camera footage that shows he did not get out knock/ring door or even calls 3 people walked out of my home past his unmarked car and he said nothing. I forgot my wallet at home and didn't notice until I was at the gas station trying to gas up. My fault yes, and usually I'm always on top of things, but I was so tired I ended up leaving it at home. I tried to make it home to get my wallet and ended up on the side of the highway. Mind you I had just finished work, so I was already exhausted and hot. The wait was so terrible. I sat in my car burning up and almost passed out, after I waited over a hour for gas delivery. However, when the guy actually arrived he was amazing. He explained to me that my insurance said they don't cover gas delivery. Which they're supposed to... and I don't know how they expected me to pay for gas when I forgot my wallet, not to mention I pay them for the service to be included in my roadside assistance. I checked right before requesting service. Anywho, whoever they sent out was a God send. Literally. After explaining that my insurance refused to cover it, he let me know he actually went ahead and paid for it himself. I was able to make it home, grab my wallet, and gas up completely. So the wait time could improve, but that's pretty much any roadside assistance, so I can't really complain. Their customer support makes up for it for sure. Phenomenal service. I ended up having a tire go flat on me on I-35 coming into Belton on Saturday. I used my Ford roadside assistance and they sent Pop-A-Lock. Within a few minutes of requesting service from Ford, I got a text from Pop-A-Lock with the name of who was coming to help me and a link to track the technician. While I was initially told a 40 minute arrival, Brian showed up in under 20 minutes and had a real jack and a power drill to get me changed into a spare in under the time I was promised for a technician to show up. I called after an hour and a half of waiting and they said it would be another hour and a half. I was stranded and all the tire shops would close by the time they arrived to help me. I had a blow out 55 miles away from home. Called Geico who sent Glenn from Pop a lock. He was quick and efficient in replacing my tire. When he warned me about the speed and distance restrictions on the donut, I told him that I had to drive another 55 miles to get home. The closest tire shop that was open at 7.30 pm was at the next town. He made sure that I got there safely and that they could in fact change my tires to a permanent one before leaving. I wish I could give 0 on one person and 5 on another. I needed help for my son who had a flat tire and his insurance company called Popalock. The first person I talked to was friendly, helpful and seemed to care. After an email asking me if I was still waiting and to contact the company, I called back since it was well over an hour wait. The second person I spoke to was the nastiest, snarkiest, snottiest person I have encountered in a long time and I deal with angry people. At first she didn't seem to want to help, then it was she couldn't find my file and finally it was "it had been canceled". I was floored because we had to move his car and said I had just received confirmation. She said that they didn't have techs so my insurance company canceled even though I was telling her I just received an email. (Travelers was notified 30 minutes later while I was on the phone with them) She was dismissive and showed absolutely no concern for my predicament. I started getting angry and told her that I would leave a bad review and so she hung up on me. Nothing but dead air. POPALock people: You have a horrible person working for you that does not care about your customers. You should look into before she has the chance to damage more business. My insurance company contracted the service of Pop A Lock to unlock my car with the keys inside. They estimated the time for one hour and even sent me a text saying they would arrive within ten minutes, but never showed up. My insurance company had to contact them, as they never once contacted me to say they were not coming or otherwise, and the company said that "they were unable to make it". I have never had such a bad experience before in my life. I lock my phone and keys in my car so I have to walk to a gas station in order to call pop a lock. The lady on the phone was an IDIOT and kept trying to tell me I was on Mary St... I could clearly see the intersection of 2nd and Franklin... Still, she wouldn't listen. She said it would take approximately 45 minutes. I was more than okay with that. So an hour passed by and I thought I would just call and check on the availability and this lady is STILL sending the guy to Mary St.... WHAT IS MARY ST?! So then an hour and a half later this guy calls and asks where I am located... are you kidding?! You'd be able to find me if the lady on the phone didn't keep telling you I was at Mary St!!!!!! So I give him step by step directions on how to get to where I am and it takes him another 30 minutes. Dude shows up to my car, doesn't get out of his car, just rolls down his window where a cloud of weed smoke comes flying at my face... He unlocks my car and is filling out paper work when he turns, looks me in my eyes and says "I can't get this to work right now because you are making me nervous" ?!?!?! The stranger that allowed me to borrow their phone would not leave until I was able to go because that is how creepy he was...
