They scheduled quickly and were even able to come a day earlier than expected. When the initial problem was fixed, my light had another code that would have been extensive and expensive. Adam must have felt my worry because he texted me the next morning saying he wanted to try another part at no extra cost. They came back immediately when they got the part and no more check engine light! But...my battery was dead. Adam jump started my vehicle, followed me to O'reilley, ensured I received their discount (the battery for my specific vehicle is super expensive) and even put it in for me. I really can't say enough about the customer service, even if I would've needed the extensive repairs, they have gone above and beyond.

Bought my 4 tires from them in July of 2024. thought I did 6 months same as but was 10 bucks short…read moreso had to do 18months. with just a few payments left I lost my job. Dave showed up at my house to get payments that I didn't have. finally in Sept 2025 they repoed my tires and gave me 4 of the worst tires. one was bald and a smaller size. but I could afford new or any. this week June 22of 2026 I had a blow out on that small bald tire while driving 70-75 on turnpike in the middle lane. God was with me. Do not buy from this place they weren't friendly and seemed bothered to have to help you. Wait and save up to buy new ones. They are a rip off.
