I bought tires from this establishment a couple of years ago and once again last year. My son had a blowout and I had the establishment check all the tires and they said all the other tires were in good condition. I took my son's car for an alignment and they said it didn't need much of an alignment at all and it was so minimal they didn't charge me. DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS! If I could give 0 stars I would!! The first set of wheels and tires we got were great. We went in to get them rotated there and the employee they had working knew nothing about what he was doing and he messed up the suspension by messing with something he wasn't supposed to. We had to take it to another shop to find out what happened and how much it was going to cost to fix it. They made that right after tons of time on the phone with them and threats of suing for damage. We decided to give them another chance after those tires wore out because they made it right. We got a quote on the same tires we had before and went in to get them put on. They took 7 hours to do the work, poked holes in our old tires that we were keeping, AND THEY PUT THE WRONG TIRES ON!!!! They said they "made a mistake" and didn't even have the tires they quoted to us in stock after we asked for them to put the right ones on. We were leaving out of town so we had no choice but leave them on (they poked holes in ours) and they kept trying to tell us that we would rather have those tires anyways. We didn't want those!!! We wanted the ones we asked for and were quoted on! When we finally decided it wasn't worth the fight anymore we left messages asking for a new quote for these tires they "mistakenly" put on with a final price, then they wouldn't return phone calls! No communication from them. Then one of their employees that created the issue by having the wrong tires put on after he did the quote for the ones we asked for, trespassed on our property and tried to take the tires they convinced/forced us to keep that they had received a deposit on AND OUR PAID FOR RIMS!!! THIS PLACE IS SO POORLY MANAGED AND RUN BY CROOKS! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! read more

I need tires that I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket for all at once. My mom referred me here saying that I can make installation payments. I got a quote for a new set for $600 from another company. So when the told me my total charges was $1300 I knew it was a lot of interest added. That was really the worse part though. The worse part is the way the hound you once before you payment even become due!!!! My payment due Saturday why are ya'll calling me Thursday and ever day after for that payment !?!? Furthermore, why are y'all SENDING PEOPLE TO MY HOUSE for a payment that is just a day or two late? As a single woman I don't really appreciate that!!! I work two jobs so forgive me that I was late.
