I am the owner of the Tampa Pop-A-Lock. I tried reaching out to Tracy C. to let her know that she was scammed by an internet search engine scammer but she did not respond. We have no record of servicing Tracy C. We will never change the price on a Car Door Unlocking and she would have been serviced by a uniformed employee who would have given her a Pop-A-Lock receipt. Please be careful of the scammers that pop up on Google searches or any other internet search. Just prior to noon on Monday, Dec. 12, I locked my keys in my car at the post office. Since I have USAA Roadside Service, USAA sent someone from Pop-A-Lock out to unlock my car; they said it might take up to 90 minutes. To my surprise and relief, the man from Pop-A-Lock arrived within 15-20 minutes and quickly unlocked my car. You absolutely can't get better service than this.
