Staff was super friendly when I arrived on a cool rainy morning. Industrial look fit perfectly with the motorcycles inside. After a short wait I got my latte and a lemon poppyseed muffin. Latte was the perfect combo of intensity and smoothness. Muffin was large, but not ridiculous. It was warmed up and was fantastic. Some lemon poppyseed muffins go too far in either the tart or sweet direction. This one was just right. Won't hesitate coming back when I am in the area. read more

The reason I've given this place 4 stars instead of 5 is due to their lack of vegan options for food. Pop's Coffee is truly one of a kind! It has a wonderful ambience and a huge variety of seating options whether you're alone or with a group. It's full of really great art and the bike themed decor is super unique and fun. The staff is friendly and give recommendations for their coffee, which is amazing. I really love the honey cinnamon oat milk latte and honey lavender latte, but this time I got the iced chai latte ($5) and monkey bread ($3). The chai had the perfect balance of black tea and spice which I think is pretty hard to find! I really appreciated that the bathrooms were clean since I'm usually here for a few hours each time. A group of professional women (less than 12) met up at this coffee shop at 9a to connect and after spending our money and keeping our group in a tight back corner of the shop we were asked to leave because of noise complaints. No one at the shop gave us a warning or mentioned our laughs were bugging other patrons. Will never come back to this place & recommend others to do the same. read more

This is one of cutest coffee shops I've ever come across! I happened to watch an episode of Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert's show, which Pops was featured on and I love coffee shops -- which is what prompted my visit. I ordered a chai tea latte, a cheesy chicken empanada and a bacon & cheese empanada. Both were good, but the cheesy chicken empanada with the jalapeño dipping sauce combo was perfect. They call your name when your order is ready and it's definitely quiet enough to get some work done or have business meeting. Great Coffee and nice aesthetic. As a long time regular at Pops (2.5 years), I can confidently say it's my favorite coffee shop! The food is delicious, and the cozy environment makes it the perfect spot to relax, work or study. Most of the employees are friendly and attentive, which adds to the welcoming vibe. In particular, I'd like to give a shout-out to Eli and Johnny. They are always on their game, positive, attentive and encouraging, making each visit a pleasure! Their energy and dedication to customer service truly stand out. However, I would like to address a concern regarding one particular employee, Emma. My interactions with her have unfortunately been less than positive. On many occasions, I have found her to be somewhat dismissive and lacking in the courtesy typically extended to all other customers. While I understand that everyone can have challenging days, a smile, acknowledgment and kindness can significantly improve the customer experience. I sincerely hope that management might consider having a conversation with Emma regarding her approach to customer service. As her attitude has been consistently lacking in a positive customer experience. I believe that with some guidance, she could become a valuable asset to this otherwise exceptional team. Pop's coffee is a great spot. There is pleeeenty of seating, and they're all spaced out where you can easily social distance. There are even a few seats outside in the front. The coffee tastes great. They even have some muffins and breads available. The motorcycle theme is unique, and the parking lot is always full of bikes. I always stop by this place when I have a few minutes to sit down and enjoy my coffee. read more

Heck yeah! Great Coffee! Cool atmosphere, but it's really about the coffee. Pour overs are available here. The bake goods are amazing, I had a piece of zucchini bread. They have plenty of seating so you can bring a crowd or sit alone. My new favorite spot in Roswell. read more

Thrilled that Roswell has a trendy new coffee shop! This place has an entire personality and I love it! The coffee is good, but the atmosphere is what makes this spot a standout. It's enormous. They have tonsssss of seating and good wifi. They keep the garage doors open, so there is a nice air flow and the seating is certainly 6' apart (at least) I usually get a nonfat iced latte with the house-made caramel syrup. They don't make all of their syrups, but I think they make at least a few. The lavender, caramel and I think vanilla (?) are house-made. The others are Monin brand. They also have pastries they bake in the kitchen on-site! The owner is almost always there (every time I've visited), and he is such a cool dude. They have the cutest merch! T-shirts and sweatshirts are all by the register and they call my name every time! One thing to mention: masks are optional in this business. There are outdoor seats, but inside most people are not wearing masks. Just something to consider, if you're freaked out to be inside without masks just yet. read more

We randomly popped into Pop's this afternoon, and so glad we did. We were looking to pass some time, and wanted a cup of coffee from a local shop. Really cool concept for a coffee spot- industrial feel, but cozy. I ordered an Au Lait- A fresh Batdorf and Bronson pour over with steamed almond milk- It was so smooth and perfectly perfect. My boyfriend ordered the Cubano- perfectly blended espresso, with just the right amount of sweet. The owner stopped by and chatted for a moment, he seemed genuinely interested in his customers and extremely appreciative for the success his business has found. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a local spot to enjoy a few moments of calm. (The live music was a great touch as well). The coffee shop is a part of Pop's Garage, so inside there's some awesome artwork up on the walls, great custom bikes displayed throughout and it's a huuuge space. Great place to spread out and get work done or just sit and hang out. Ordered a hazelnut cappuccino and two iced mochas to go. Ended up staying and chatted with the owner who was incredibly nice. Stopped by after hockey at the Cooler last PM with my kid. Huge space connected to a nice bike shop (selling Triumph). The decor is very nice with retro bikes and helmets, and cool tables with bike parts in it! Oooh and their latte was solid. They had a decent selection of bakeries and desserts too but we didn't try. One of the crew members has continuously talked about the customers that are in there remarking on them being difficult or so what. I understand making light of work, but doing it when the customer is still in there and where we can hear is unprofessional.
