Paid the up charge for four more breasts. No problem, normal. I ask for 3 Blackened Ranch sauces. The associate gives me two. I repeat politely, "I need one more please." His manager says "26 cents for one more." "No problem, I'll pay you 26 cents," I say. Obviously 26 cents is not an issue, but the principle of having a customer do that, as they're walking out with their order asking for sauces, and after they already paid 7 dollars of up charges for the chicken breasts is just unacceptable. Beware! Do not use mobile ordering as they will take your money from the mobile order. Absolutely unacceptable experience here today. Today was the first day the new chicken sandwiches came back. We put in a mobile order and paid for it and when we went to the counter to pick up Antonio the manager said they were not taking mobile orders which makes no sense as they had the sandwiches and were selling them. My husband requested a refund or our order and he said there was nothing he can do it about. We will never come back due to their rude, unhelpful and poor customer service. How can a business accept someone's money and not provide the ordered items? I will say that there are plenty of restaurants in this town that sell chicken sandwiches that have long lines but no matter what they greet me with a smile are helpful and reply to requests with "my pleasure." Louisiana fast! It's very rare I eat fast food but there are some places where I'll make an exception for and Popeyes is one of them. It's some of the best fried chicken and biscuits you'll ever eat. Great experience Sunday's through the drive thru. Always a large order and nothing was missing (this time or any other times I've been to this location) Chicken was great. The new Honey BBQ boneless chicken was something I'd get again. Their biscuits are consistently always fresh and warm, not hard. Mac n' cheese is great, as are the Cajun fries. Worst popeyes location ever. Twice now they've given me sauce packets that were leaking/had holes in them. The drive thru worker had such a bad attitude, didn't understand anything, and refused to fix my order. I ordered 6 ghost pepper wings and 6 parmesan garlic. The worker got the ghost pepper wings and drizzled the parm garlic sauce on them, then gave me regular wings with no flavor. I didn't realize till we drove home and tried them. I returned trying to tell her that it was wrong but she instead argued with me for almost 5 minutes (no wonder cars kept leaving the drive thru before i even got to the window because they take at least 10 min from when u order at the menu screen to when they serve u at the window.) she argued with me that the one coated in sauce was garlic parm and I kept trying to tell her that she made a mistake and drizzled the garlic parm sauce on the ghost pepper wings. She refused to believe me and when I finally kept complaining she took it back and didn't even replace all 6 wings. She said since I didn't give her all six wings (4 wings in one box 5 in the other) she would only replace the ones that I had given her. I told her the reason for the missing wings is that we tried them already and thats how we realized they were incorrect. Ive been to this location many times and the workers have been so rude most of the time. There are very few instances where the workers were professional but this was the absolute worst. Having to drive back and forth just for the worker to argue with me and not give me the correct order or even replace everything due to HER mess up! I do not recommend this location. There has been a trend of receiving poor customer service at this location along with being out of items for lunch (like Green Beans) by 11AM. I frequently have to correct my order when I get to the window because despite them repeating it correctly at the speaker I don't get all of the items. The person supporting the drive-through window is usually grumpy from the start. Additionally, some items on their menu (such as Blackened Tenders) aren't available to order online for delivery. The biscuits are delicious! 4. The price is right! 5. Everything is conveniently packed. CONs: 1. Drive-Thru communication is muddled due to poor speakers and a thick accent. 2. The reason the food is fresh is because they don't have any ready! Be prepared to wait 15min. 3. Everything else is rated on a scale between: Sucks - Mediocre. 4. Or so you thought, and then you receive your food, see how small the portions are, and notice you're also missing items you paid for. 5. Containers are smashed into the food and the plastic tops are broken due to pressure and heat, resulting in gravy spills that make you wonder if Popeyes is run by BP. read more

The Cajun fries were super soggy and disgusting, and the Mac an cheese is a joke it's definitely some Kraft Mac n Cheese. It's literally noodle is a cheese sauce. Very unfriendly service by the cashier who looked like the manager. Saw a kitchen worker use the bathroom and leave without washing hands. Tables were dirty with trash.
