The drive through lady with no teeth was incredibly rude. She asked what sauce I wanted and I told her one of each. She responded "yeah, so that really doesn't help. Pull forward" then when we pulled around she told us that she couldn't get us the sauces because she would have to ring us up and charge us for them individually. I told her that I'd be willing pay for them. She asked me "you know there's only two tenders in this meal right?" She then told me that she would get me "ALLLLLL the sauces I wanted" when she had time. And after all that she still forgot half my meal. Also posting on Facebook Last night I made a mobile order to be picked up at 7:30 pm & that was good but getting home they didn't put any of our fries in the bag - I live on Washington so had to get on I-27 took 10 mins to get there, walked up to the door & the lobby was CLOSED at 8pm !! - So I knocked & was instructed to go through Drive Thru but I was like "nah y'all forgot stuff I'm not gonna wait in line behind 3-4 cars to get something y'all need to fix now", so the young man let me in & I walked to the counter & the Manager & I guess shift manager was there up front & I told them they had forgot my fries. The shift manager lady argues with me that she put the fries in the bag because she bagged it !! So I reassured her she didn't & they tried to give me a larger fries & the manger says "okay we are even" & turned around - I said "Nope, you forgot my fries on my 3 tenders meal, 5 tender meal & my 18 wing meal !!" & grabbed my receipt annoyed & the shift manager lady argues "I know I put those in there" & he says "this was at 7:30 ?!" I said "uhh yeah !!" So he give me another large fries put the receipt on the counter & turns around & doesn't acknowledge me anymore - I asked "are you the manager ?" He ignores me & I asked again "are you the manager ??" & he said "who me !?.... Yeah !!" - I said "this is terrible customer service" before I even finished saying that phrase, he had already turned around & was looking at the receipts hanging on expo position & ignored me again. I paid $65.00 for forgotten food for my 3 year old that was home having to wait for a mistake they made, treated BADLY & drove home to eat some hot fries with cold wings !!! Literally every time we go here we are missing something we paid extra for and never got! One of the few places we go for a quick dinner that's close to our house. I get everyone is under staffed but when you have me and one other car and line and still can't manage to get and order right it's ridiculous. My wife loves Popeyes. I'm not a big drive through fan. I do agree about drive throughs, as Joe Pesci said in Lethal Weapon, "don't go through the drive up. They screw you at the drive up". However, I have to say, this one is not as bad as many other drive up later I've been through. So far, we've received the right order. The only time we've had to wait was on our order of onion rings. But that's understandable, nothing worse than cold onion rings and these came out hot and fresh. Between all of the fried chicken restaurants with a drive through, KFC is my favorite but they don't have spicy. So whenever I crave spicy fried chicken (which is often), I go to Popeyes and also get their onion rings. read more

I stopped in last night around 8 PM to get some food for my family. We love Popeyes chicken! The restaurant was clean and all the employees were smiling. I asked the employee that was looking at me what the special was of the day, and she had about three or four specials completely memorized, all of which she recited perfectly to me. I changed my mind during my order three times, and the young female cashier was still very friendly and was very patient with me while I tried to make up my mind. The manager was standing behind her, or someone that appeared to be a supervisor. She was also very nice and friendly. The chicken and side items tasted wonderful. During my checkout experience, I went to the restroom. It was very clean, and there was even a small rug in front of the toilet, which being a nurse, made me think that it was a safety thing so people will not slip and fall if the floor is wet. The food is good. We've recently moved close to this store and have had their chicken a number of times. The food is consistently good; however, the drive-thru gets the order wrong almost every time. The last time we went through the drive-thru they gave us regular chicken when we ordered spicy when we asked them to make it right they told us that it was their policy to throw the incorrect order away and asked us if we wanted to keep it...we said sure. After they left it in our car for about 5 minutes (they were supposed to be correcting things) when they came out and said, "you know, we're running short on chicken tonight so we want that order back". We laughed it off and said "sure" (and thought to ourselves " I wonder if the folks behind us know that they're getting 'used' chicken?"). We went through the drive through and they were totally rude and didn't care to hear what we had to say. They cut us off multiple times and then charged us $4 more for a family meal that I specifically ordered the right one. We got to the window and the lady was bobbing her head and being a complete jerk. Then they made us wait for 10 minutes for our food and didn't even bring everything out that we were suppose to have. Agreed about the drive thru. They will screw toy 90% of the time. When you try to order, the person will cut you off and start with the standardized questions instead of just listening to your order. We, the public, believe it or not, are able to adapt to each restaurants ordering procedure and know how to verbalize it. They are more interested in rushing you than anything else. You must ask for any condiments you want, including a fork. Believe me I have forgotten to ask several time and ended up eating mashed potatoes with my fingers. Then they have you "pull up" and they will bring it out. This is one of the most dishonest practices of a restaurant. They are not wanting you out of the way to help the next customer, they are making their times look better to corporate so it seems they are doing a better job than they are. If you want your times to look better, restaurants, serve food faster. read more
