The employees showed they were customer service oriented, had positive attitudes, and attentive. Bathrooms are also clean enough that they don't make you lose your appetite. We picked everything up just 15 minutes after ordering, and every single item tasted like it had just come straight from the kitchen to our table. The sign said go to the left but there were no clerks there and all the people and clerks were to the right so I went to the right. I told the young girl behind the counter I wanted a small sundae and she looked at me like she never heard of it. I clarified by saying it was the small sundae listed on the menu. I mean, are there that many things on the menu that they can't remember? And it's an ice cream place for Pete's sake. How could you not understand someone ordering a small sundae? I even specified the price. She looked around nervously like she was afraid she was going to make a mistake and then went and got a manager who came up and briskly and cheerfully asked me what I wanted. I said the small sundae with caramel and he looked like he knew exactly what I meant. As well he should. I thought I would get a choice of ice cream flavors but he walked away before I could specify. Maybe it only comes with vanilla because it's so inexpensive. I don't know. But I missed my opportunity to taste the Cherry ice cream. I had a receipt and a number so I went over and stood and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. I finally went and sat down at a small table. And waited. And waited. And waited. I got up and walked over to the counter knowing it had been way too long. I mean seriously, how long does it take to put one scoop of ice cream in a cup and pour some syrup over it. I finally asked a very nice young man behind the counter if my ice cream was almost ready. He asked what I ordered and I said a small sundae. He also seemed to know what a small sundae was. He reached under the counter and pulled out my sundae and slid it across to me with apologies. He said they didn't tell him who it was for and he just assumed it was part of a larger order. He apologized again and I told him no problem. All that is the bad news. The good news was that the sundae was absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back just for that. I wasn't able to take a picture because my phone died right before I came in but I will try to have it charged up and post a picture next time. I just hope to get someone behind the counter that knows what a small sundae is in an ice cream store. :p

The bean chalupa and bean burrito extra cheese are my favorites. Everyone in my family loves the taco burgers. The salsa is so good! (Mad at myself for not remembering to bring some back to Chicago with me). This location is always super clean. The workers greet everyone who comes in and thanks you for the visit on your way out. I highly recommend! Food and service are consistently good.

It's not a deal breaker but it happens often enough that I notice. I turned around and went back through the drive-thru to get the missing items. When I arrived at the window, we had to honk the horn to get an employee's attention. Once he came to the window, I explained that items were missing from my order. Instead of listening, he immediately insisted that everything was in the bag because he had packed the order himself and said his "French fry girl is on point." He would not let me show him the order and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain the issue. Eventually, he asked if I wanted to speak with a manager, and I said yes. He left, but the manager never came to the window. Instead, another employee told me to pull forward and said they would bring out the missing food. While I appreciate that the missing items were eventually provided, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. I felt dismissed, not listened to, and treated as though I was being dishonest. A simple review of my order and a respectful conversation would have resolved the issue much more professionally.
