Traditional Greek restaurants would start with whole chicken breasts and slice them up for a salad. The pita bread was fresh and pretty solid. The Greek vinegarette and tzatziki sauce sides aren't bad. I think if they used fresh chicken, this would have been a solid choice. Perhaps the gyro is meat is better.
