For a franchise that supposedly practices religious beliefs & have a belligerent & super bad attitude you folks NEED to check the way your staff listens & resolve problems with customers! Had the worst help ever today at Chick-fil-A. Place and order, arrived to food pickup window. No service and was ignored then was told to pull up to the stop (to wait more) and was continuously ignored for another 10 minutes. Until I got impatient and had to personally had to (make it a point I was being ignored) pick up my food because it was too chaotic and was being ignored. Do better Chick-fil-A. read more

Honestly, I'm so disgusted with the conditions that the workers are having to work in. I came through the drive-through earlier today and every single worker out there was sweating bricks. They looked flushed. They didn't have shade they can go under as they were trying to keep the drive-through line moving along, and it was 100° outside. They were still extremely kind, even though you can tell they were out of breath and dehydrated. the only fan that was provided for the workers was near the drive-through window, which they can't be standing at if they want to get the line moving faster. I am so appalled that a multi billion dollar company cannot provide at the very least tents throughout the drive-through so that their workers could be more comfortable. read more

Was hungry and wanted to eat before starting the drive out of state. Took the exit off I225 and saw this restaurant. Always like Chick-fil-A as they have good service and tasty food. It's a bit of a mess in the parking lot as the lines were long during lunch overflowed across the way to the adjoining lot. But the two servers were fast and facilitated by taking orders and payments. We went with the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe which comes with cheese and opted out of pickles. Made it a meal with waffle fries and a fountain drink. Hot and tasty. Nice lunch. The car in front had an issue so we had a bottle neck for a bit. Too bad they don't have space for two lines at the pick up counter. But overall went quicker than I thought. Would visit again. read more

Across the way from In-N-Out, we opted to grab lunch because we did not wish to wait 2.5 hours for a Double Double. The line went fairly quickly and the guys taking orders outdoors had several heating lamps to keep them from freezing. They stopped serving breakfast by the time we got there, so we were bummed but got two spicy chicken sandwich deals and the fries were undercooked and soggy. I took them back inside to have them remade, and the manager gave me a Christmas tote filled with several goodies while I waited for crispier fries. Is chick-fil-a food good? Judging by the daily long lines of customers waiting to order, at at most any location you go to; it would be difficult to say no. I had a tour of chick-fil-a many years ago and was very impressed with the "behind" the scenes. The food is fresh as a company they are mindful of where their product comes from and how the animals are raised. The tour made me a fan. And at the time it was the closest place to grab something to eat by my job. Let me get back on track. The food is always good, the menu is consistent, the food and service is consistent at all restaurants including prices. Some restaurants prices vary at different locations. The person who took my order was unfocused and monotone. I waited for my drink at the counter because it was unclear it was going to come out with the meal. We sat down and waited for our food for 5 minutes, when they brought the food out it was in a bag. They didnt even ask if we wanted to dine in or carryout. The food is friggin amazing and if that seriously is not enough reason for you to visit, you are always greeted with a smile and a friendly "Hi there!" My fav thing is to order the spicy chicken deluxe and you must get them waffle fries. Now if you are going to get the fries you just need to go that extra inch and grab yourself some of that chick-fil-a sauce for some dippin'. You just can't go wrong. Well that's unfortunately very untrue! This location has the WORST AND I DO MEAN THE WORST MANAGEMENT STAFF! Carrie and Joanna were VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME! AFTER trying to get them to refund money that they have been keeping from my CHILD for over a WEEK! I sent my teenage children to spend their allowance at this location, and the took my babies money but gave no food! They said the card didn't go through but it had, I went to the location to speak to a manager to get this resolved and was told it was the bank holding the money and not Chick-fil-A. Upon the hard post of the transaction I called and sat on the phone with Carrie for 20 plus minutes trying to get this handled, she offered me the number to CARES and to MAIL me a $10.00 gift card after me trying to get her to understand this was a transaction in their system as she repeatedly told me it was not! And hung up on me, I called the CARES number spoke with them for LITERALLY 3 minutes and the transaction was found. They sent the info to the "management team" at this location as its individually owned. I waited 6 more days with no resolution, no call back, no email, NOTHING! I called back today and they hung up on me 4 times, I called from a different phone number and spoke with Joanna who took 3 minutes to tell me she knew who i was and would not be helping me without the bank statement, or transaction info that I informed her was sent 6 days ago. I asked her to hold 3 minutes so I could call CARES back as they had indeed found this information, she said she didn't have time to deal with this bring in the bank information for them to help me and HUNG UP! I called CARES back spoke with the original person that took this information and proceeded to the store as every time I have asked for the operator Karen to call me or to get on the phone these two people have disregarded my request. I get to the store and Joanna is too busy to come out for 10 minutes after Carrie goes to the back to get her, then they come back with a smug demeanor and says: how much was it? I advised the refund among and she proceeded to hand me cash! Well how can you NOW refund me without the bank statement or the transaction now that I'm in the store?! You rudely hung up on me and took my babies LAST dollar and refused to make it right ALLLL THIS TIME! But now I'm here and you just want me to leave!? Nooppee not ok at all!! Your a multi billion dollar company! Don't treat your customers badly! Or you won't have jobs! But as I said I would block their drive through they gave me the money back! YOU ARE WRONG. This is just the second time I have been to a chick-fil-a and I have to say it was pretty good. The place was hopping when we went for lunch. So much so the inside and drive thru had really long lines. I opted to try the original chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Both of which were great. I loved that you could choose a variety of dipping sauces for your meal. This location also had an indoor play place for the kids which was definitely being used. All in all the food was great and the service was good. The only reason I marked off a star was it was really hard to get someone's attention to get a refill on a drink. read more

If you want quicker service, try ordering ahead on the app so that you don't have to wait as long. The lines inside are generally not as bad. The indoor play place is a nice perk for parents with tables that are next to the glass walled play area. The fresh flowers that are always at each table are a nice touch. One thing I will say is that the sandwiches can be hit or miss on peak-freshness. I recommend ordering an additional ingredient to ensure they make it on the spot. I like Chick-fil-a's food, its really great! I'm really disappointed at the fact they are removing, covering or locking all the power outlets in the stores across the country. Im that virtual office guy and I use places like Starbucks, Panera, and formerly Chick-fil-a to conduct interviews, business meetings, computer work, bible studies and the like due to free WIFI. However, Chick-fil-a is systematically doing away with its dinning room power outlet access??? I'm sure they have their reasons but it's disappointing that they would push some of core customers out. It sends a bit of a message like, please come here to spend your money but, we would rather you use the drive through. It's also disappointing that "it's my pleasure" is gone? I guess things like the use of their advertised free wifi, larger sized chicken pieces and over the top friendly service is no longer their pleasure. Service was garbage. When we got to pay we asked for military discount (since they normally do) and they proceeded to tell us that we only give discounts to firefighters and police officers. We are not mad that we didn't get a discount but how are you going to have a discount for everyone BUT military members. read more
