Dropped by to cash in my 5-piece coupon and was informed that they NO longer allow 2 breasts and 3 wings, but now have an upcharge of $1.89 to do that. WTH? Also, both of my containers of coleslaw were only half to 2/3 full.....as usual. Why is that? NO honey for the rolls was in stock. NO toilet paper in the bathroom dispenser. We will only go inside and not order online or drive through because the level of service will change. Food has been really good and we're happy with the location as long as we go inside. When it comes to wings with sauce, just make sure they close the containers all the way. We came in one time and sauce was all over $100 worth of food because of how it was incorrectly packages and not closed all the way. The restaurant was not very clean inside. The Service was OK, but it did take quite a while after I ordered my two meals to go, for my orders to come to me. They looked like they needed more employees especially since a lot of the employees were working on the outside car orders. When I got home with the food it was ok, but it did not have the same great taste as the food in the Popeyes San Diego restaurants. I tried ordering at the drive thru multiple times but the line was insane it don't move for 20 minutes. When I finally decided to stay, the line to order was 45 minutes. I was on my lunch, so I raced back to work. I love Popeyes so I tried ordering via the app. EVERY TIME THE DOIRS WERE LOCKED. I would knock for a while. Finally I would call, sometimes no answer. When someone finally opened the door, the said drive thru only. I would ask for my food since I was standing there. They look annoyed but always hand me my food and it's always correct and delicious. They are always racing around completing orders. These poor people are understaffed. The location is small for the amount of traffic they get. All this to say, I'm done.
