Great food great service. Food is always fresh when I come. Restaurant is very clean and welcoming.

This place was clean. Service was fast. Food was yummy. I'm so glad this location opened up. Before this one, I'd have to go down to MoVal to grab Yoshinoya take-home on my way back to AZ. The lady at the counter was very nice and patient with me (I had a large order). Food is just like I remember it. I'm definitely hitting this one up to/from AZ when I come back to visit. read more

The paper thin beef Gyudon (Japanese Pastrami) simmered in soy sauce and onions is sublime. The grilled Teriyaki chicken on skin is moist and tasty, with cabbage, carrots and broccoli. You won't find fast food anywhere this fresh. Service is fast and friendly. Interior is modern and comfy. You are guaranteed to walk out of here completely stuffed read more

This yoshinoya was so clean and service was really good! I went there with two kids and the cashier lady brought kids plates even I didn't ask and that helped a lot!!! And all employees were so nice to my kids. read more

The service was fine and the food was delicious, we had chicken & beef combo plates. The only problem was the burnt dumplings. A forty minute drive was too far to go back to ask for an exchange or refund. read more

Two people working. The lady on the cash register handles money and food. No gloves. "Lots of mistakes today". That's what she told me. Working the drive thru as well. Two greasy handed Mechanics took someone else's order one of them came back asking for drinks. She informed them that they had taken the wrong order. The mechanic went back to his table repackaged the order and brought it back. And the employees accepted it. The countertop was black with grease and grim. After The mechanics. Putting their handprints all over it. This place should be reported to the health department. It smells unclean. The Owner said "Thank you for reaching out and informing us about your experience". blah blah blah Look at the reviews same line copy and paste for about 3 years. I do not believe you. If you truly want to learn more read what your customers are saying. Take steps! Heir more people. Train them to do the job properly. Only one worker Nice but he was taking orders and making food. Place needs workers. Is there a management issue? read more

I got the protein steak plate and it was ok. The seasoning was a little much. The restaurant had a raunchy smell to it and the bathroom floor was super wet and slippery and had the strongest cleaning chemical smell ever read more

Just too expensive for a rice dinner. Location is in the wrong part of town. Wouldn't consider going after dark

Both Combo XL one teriyaki chicken and salmon & teriyaki chicken with habanero chicken brown rice. We did not get our vegetables for both.

I just got lunch from here. When I pulled up in front of the store worker was outside and all I can smell was weed. when i entered in the building it had a weird odor. worker came back from break doesn't look like they washed their hands I'm praying my food wasn't prep by them. any who I received my food and went on my way came to work to eat and the egg roll was very tough and greasy terrible i swear. i love Yoshinoya but this location I will not be coming back to read more

I was excited to have Yoshinoya open near us..... we've been there serval times and it was good. Well today their customer service sucked! The girl at the window had no customer service skills at all. Handed us two bags didn't say have a nice day or here you go or anything and I always check my bags before I leave and I noticed we were missing some noodles so my husband awaits and she opens the window and says "yes!" He explains we're missing the noodles and flips through the computer thing and then goes gets a bag and just hands it out the window. Again no apologies or any closure. Boy she needs to learn customer service skills!!! read more

The only complaint that I have is this is a brand new business and build out but when you walk into the store the first thing you smell is not the great food but the bathrooms!!!! That's all I have to say otherwise the staff and food was decent. read more

It's been quite a while since I've been to a Yoshinoya & finally the one in Banning opened up. They had many new dishes on the menu from what I remembered. The employees were very nice, place was clean. Ordered the chicken bowl, it was fine. Udon noodles...not for me, other than that is was good. Not sure if it's normal but now you have to request the ginger and it comes in a packet...no big deal. I'm sure we'll enjoy future visits. read more

Nice welcome by Destiny's. Taken my orders. And Informed her first time my husband bought two XL Combo was given to much cabbage core on our mix veggies. She informed her manager Maggie who was on the back preparing my order. Taken picture looks good. Loved XL Combo Double Teriyaki Chicken. Only down side just give half a cup of steam veggies. Compared to other locations Yoshinoya, especially paying the most on there menu $11.99. Not much so I had to order extra steam veggies extra $2.64. Reminded again and request not to much cabbage core please. This is what I got see my post picture. Informed Tim, Destiny the two employees then there manager Maggie took over then she informed me there all mix together can't pick out the cabbage core. Next time I better just buy mix veggies at Food for Less and steam myself cause if this is what my family and I will get with this attitude especially the main manager herself Informed me that's what you will get everytime. Oh well! Will avoid this Yoshinoya. This is my first time here buying for my husband dinner. But 2nd time tasting there XL Combo since my husband bought 1st time when they 1st open the restaurant. Ordered half Ribeye teriyaki was tough, but there chicken teriyaki was so tender. But on steam veggies mostly cabbage core was given. Just sad even though I informed manager Maggie still couldn't understand cabbage core is bitter and gas forming. Husband couldn't eat had to dump cabbage core :( For these place to improve serve what business restaurant shown on there pictures, don't serve cabbage core or not much. My order was to much cabbage core. Visited and ordered twice now with this kind of outcome on veggies. If you look at Business Restaurant Pictures by Store No Cabbage Core shown. Beautiful shown prepared with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage. Not SERVED at these locations even when manager was notified. Still given 1 Stars Chicken Teriyaki was good. Destiny and Tim was friendly tried to assist, since there manager Maggie took over in talking to me, they back off. And what I gotten on mix veggies shown on picture is mostly Gas forming and bitter Cabbage Core. Bad customer service by Maggie insisted what was served was correct even shown and informed. Won't improved if Maggie the manager refused to listen for improvement. Zero Star for her service to me tonight :( read more

I ordered through uber eats and got my food delivered only to Taste my beef all salty. Do not order from this place. Horrible cooks.

Although I'm glad this store is now in Banning, it does fall short on some things. The dinning room area is small and gives me a weird vibe. While eating the workers kept using the door connected to the dinning room and each time it closes it slams hard making a really loud sound in the already echo filled dinning room. Then an employee sits nearby (on a break I assume) and plays his YouTube video at an annoying volume. The food was good enough, but the moreno valley store is much better. I will give this place another try since its closer to me. Customer service was a little off, but fell short of bad. read more

We ordered online and picked up. When returned to the hotel, we discovered that neither utensils nor napkins were in the bag. I guess they assumed if we pick up to eat at home then no need for them, but we know what they say about assumptions.... read more

I'm deeply disappointed in the food we ordered. I got the combo meal with chicken and beef. This place needs more training on how to cook the beef. It was over pressurized and the rice was too wet. It's not the same as all the Yoshinoya restaurants I've been to. read more

I knew we should have turned around the moment we went in the door. It smelled horrible; like septic waste. My husband convinced me to stay, so we did. Between the two of us, we got each of the meats in our meals to try. They were awful! Chewy, dry, and not tasting of anything good. What a waste of money. Go a few more miles down the road if you'd like some better tasting Asian food. read more

Friendly employees. Fast service. Generous portions but it just is not very good. Bland

The Cashier was very nice and helpful made sure I had all of the condiments I needed in my bag the food was very hot and delicious I love yoshinoya so much I had to travel to this location and so glad I did I will be returning and recommend this location to everyone. read more

Back when this store was being built I was going to be hired for the general manager but never heard back from the district manager which was upsetting. BUT coming today for a visit, it wasn't filled with good customer service at all. Only certain people they would say "hi welcome" to, but me and my family weren't one of them. FOOD was good and fresh, don't get me wrong. I like this store but they need work on hospitality, it's what keeps customers coming back over and over. read more

Food is delicious!service is amazing.waited less than 5 mins for the order, ambiance is modern with nice chairs.

The staff are so friendly, quick service, love the ambiance, wall covering is beautifully executed, lots of parking, a great place to rest.

Smells like straight sewage inside sucks that there's no seating outside. Had to take it home to go

I haven't been to a Yoshinoya in over 25 years. So our visit on Monday was like the first time again. Being from Beaumont it's not far at all. I ordered the white rice bowl with chicken and vegetables. My husband ordered the same but with beef and no vegetables. The young lady taking our order was very sweet. The place is very clean and has nice seating. The chairs are different from other places and are very comfortable. The food was delicious, my chicken was tender and the vegetables were perfect, not overly steamed. My husband loved his bowl as well. Next time I will try the bowl with Udon noodles. Very nice experience! read more

Horrible customer service from the person taking orders on the drive through today during noon. I was waiting to order and the person on the intercom said, YOU CAN ORDER! There was no kind greet, or Hi or hello, what so ever. I showed up to pay, she did not smile and she looked like she did not want to be there and she rolled her eyes and never said thank you when she handed me my food. I don't need to explain more details, but the store needs customer service training for sure. A company so recognized, should not take this message lightly, and should ensure that they train the team properly so customer will be more happy to come back. This event was very disturbing and disruptive to my day. Never going back and wouldn't recommend family and friends to this location what so ever. read more

The food is good, I have no complaints about the flavor. We've been eating Yoshinoya for over 20 years. Ever since we knew Yoshinoya was opening in Banning, we were so happy & looking forward to their opening day. Now with that being said, we are SO disappointed with the serving amount. My husband ordered a Clam Chowder and it was $3.99. I hoped it would be good & it was. But that was not the disappointing part. The cup should have had 8 oz of Clam Chowder. It was only filled half way. I mean really 4 oz. From the first time we went (one week after they opened), we noticed that they would serve us a smaller amount of chicken, beef and veggies, but we figured they just opened. We just hoped they would work out the kinks. I just don't understand why they serve such a small amount. With the cost of eating out everywhere being so high, you would think they would want their customers to return as much as possible. I'm not so sure we will. read more

One of the best yoshinoyas I've been to. I live in LA so definitely better than the ones over there. Very clean, very calm. The decoration is really nice. read more

Friendly staff but the owner is stingy on teriyaki sauce...they give u the chicken dry so you have to order extra and pay more...I like my teriyaki to be swamped like the good old yoshinoya days, I know it's the corporation being greedy not to please the customers , but because of this I'm not patronizing them anymore and further more I told my family and friends. This greedy nonsense has to stop and if I don't contribute to them making money, hopefully they will croak. I live in Beaumont and drove to Banning to give them a chance and they failed...chicken was skimpy too, more rice than anything. Yoshinoya is dead for me! read more
