I try to give every place I visit 3 chances... I'm so done with this location...everytime there has been problems with my order...and I just forget to check my order before I leave, but I'm going to start doing it...I do not like writing these unless necessary or it's a good review...but the straw that broke the camels back I asked and paid for an strawberry cream pie now this was separate from my online order and they gave me an apple pie.. now what if I were allergic to apples or the cinnamon that on the apple pie...agitated!! read more

We showed up to the drive through window at 10:52 they close at 11 we pulled up to the main window and explained we already paid and what not the lady had crazy attitude and closed the window on us. i've been to this restaurant two times within the past three days. the first time i went i got a ghost pepper sandwich with no pickles, and they asked if i still wanted bacon and cheese, i said YES. I just went through drive through and ordered 6 sweet & spicy wings for my daughter & chicken tender box for myself. I always ask which tenders are the freshest before deciding spicy or regular. I was told they were all fresh. I've gotten home and spicy tenders are hard and fries old. I called store to speak to manager Perez & his only suggestion was to drive back up there with the food to replace. At this point, it's an inconvenience & dont even want the food right now. If you want chicken literally drive to Antarctica kill a chicken bring it back and cook it on a slow roast for 8 years and then eat it because that will be faster than the service here. The bathroom was flooded with suspicious water and it was dripping from the ceiling as-well. The tables were dirtier than underneath my fridge and I would not eat here willingly and neither should you. Attempted to go to Popeyes to get some chicken tenders. The store closes at 11, I drive up at 10:10 and im told it will take 30 min for some chicken. I said okay and when I tried to get the tenders I was told no that they only had chicken and it would take 30 min. Since they decided already they were closed I left. Smh read more

This is my first time at a Popeyes ever in all my years! I have to say even though I went through the drive Thur (had my dogs with me) I had a pleasurable experience. I was happy a car was in front of me so I had time to scan the menu. I ended up ordering the cajan fish and shrimp dinner with a side of jambalaya (chicken, rice,peppers, and a sauce) and a biscuit. I asked for BBQ sauce which they were out of...so I asked for the sweet heat sauce. When I made it to the window the man that greeted me was so very friendly! He was all smiles and very well mannered. He even waited patiently for me to find my 10 cents so I wouldn't get change back. As he gave me my food I proceeded to park in the parking lot to check my food. I did realize I didn't have any honey and I had to use the restroom. They were very generous about the honey when I went in to ask for some. Welinside I have to say their restaurant is gorgeous!! I believe it may be fairly new because it was in superb condition. Even the bathroom had such a great smell!! This has been a great first time experience at Popeyes. If they are all like this I will truly visit again!! read more

I don't go to popeyes often. I probably haven't been there in a couple years now but one night recently sped over to grab a box of fries. That's all I really wanted. Pulled up with them having a little longer than 30 minutes until close. I was informed at the drive thru that they had nothing, not chicken tenders, no fries . All they had was maccorni, beans, and regular chicken. I said "okay thank you" and pulled off. Like i said i don't go here often so i don't know if it's normal for them not to cook to order when they still have over a half hour till close, but i've never experienced that kind of service at any food place. won't be returning to this location. read more

I was traveling from Mandeville, La and this was one of my stops to eat on the 20th of a November evening. I was a little concerned since I was in Bryant, AR and Louisiana is known for there Popeyes chicken, but I tell you what, they had the best tasting Popeyes I have ever eaten. Me and my GF were so impressed! Usually when I order Popeyes. I am accustomed to receiving my spicy chicken with the red spice on one side of the chicken making the rest of the chicken not spicy at all. I was expecting that too at Bryant, boy I was wrong. Normally I would say this location was excellent-HOWEVER, I don't like seafood-hate shrimp..anything that has that smell is gross to me. So that being said-my favorite thing to get is chicken tenders and they are so good and crispy..and their apple pies are the best! The last two times I got an apple pie their it smelled of shrimp..fishy smelling..at first I thought it was the cardboard sleeve they come in..but today my husband brought me one and I paid close attention..was not the sleeve..the apple pie smelled like shrimp/fishy smell..couldn't eat it-threw it in the trash! So wherever they are storing them..in the freezer..wherever it is..STOP putting them with the seafood! I'm not sure how this might even effect a person with seafood allergies but it is worth airing on the side of caution-better safe than sorry..for a person who isn't a fan of seafood-grossed out by this! Somehow the delicious desserts are being contaminated-I think the health department would also see this as a huge concern and write the business up for this. Just nasty and possibly dangerous!
