So I waited several more minutes till she completed the phone order. I was expecting a light hearted 'sorry that took so long', but instead she excused herself and went to the kitchen. After 2-3 more minutes, she came back to the counter and took our order. After that she left out the takeout door and never returned. We ordered pizza, which was delivered promptly and hot. The food quality was good, but we had to go to the kitchen to get utensils, and when we were leaving had to go to the counter and get our own to go box. This was Sunday afternoon about 3:30. Obviously the shift is in need of a good manager to teach customer service.
