Today I placed an order for pick up at a later time. When I got there it was a couple of minutes before it should have been ready so I went through the drive thru to see if it was ready. It was so I pulled up to the window and grabbed my food but when I was looking to make sure everything was there I realized that my food was luke warm. I asked if I could get hotter/fresh food and asked "why is it already getting cold. The person said well we make orders as they come in, because it's a focus to make sure they are ready." but I ordered my food at a later time. Why would you make the food before my pick it up time? Also they seemed to be out of thighs, but also legs. They couldn't decide. read more

Both blackened and original chicken sandwiches delicious moist and tender. Liked how hot spicy touch blended so well with seasoning mixed together and complimented the meat. Price reasonable. Open from 10:00 am till 12:00am drive thru and dining till10:00 pm only. Service though isn't that great. Had to wait awhile for somebody to take our order. It wasn't even busy with only a few dinners at the time. Ok reception. Didn't feel warm and friendly welcome. Place clean and organized. Separate gender HC accessible toilets.,Nice beautifully colored interior and well arranged dining (spaced comfortably). Feel like food is worthy of coming back again. read more

My grandson loves this place so we treated him to dinner tonight. We took the drive thru! It was my first experience an AI - bot taking orders. Well it got my orders correct!!! Bravo Bot!!! Grandson got the 5 pc chicken tenders combo with cajun fries and a drink. I got the Blackened Chicken sandwich. Chicken was flavorful and tender. Just took out the pickles cause I'm not a fan. The service for the drive thru took nearly 45 minutes just to order. Everytime they asked, since I was on a 30 minute lunch break, they kept saying "Just one moment.." but how many moments can fast food take!? Drive thru was not that long. I'm super disappointed. read more

1/8 -Which gal worked the drive thru line this evening between 5-6pm .. doesn't not understand customer service or know proper calculation.. I asked her what's my total she gives xxx amount & the change . I stopped in for a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The staff were super friendly and my food came out piping hot and fresh. I would have given five stars, had the lobby been taken care of. I placed a Togo online at 8 pm to pickup at 8:50 soon as I placed an order they prompted my order was ready. I pick up my order at 8:50 get it home and the whole order was bad the chicken was all scrap pieces that didn't sell during the day I ordered a 8 piece meal and they gave me maybe 15 pieces of dried out breading no real chicken because the were less then a 1/2 inch thick and the Mac and cheese was overcooked and curdled one big pile of mush. I called the store asking for a refund they said it was an online order so they would not refund me and that's the way they cook the Mac and cheese. Tried online customer service and they wouldn't give me any money back only a coupon for half of what I paid on my next visit ( Never Again) when I refused the offer they offered me 2500 points I refused the offer again asking for a full refund and I told the I still have all the food to give back to them so they can sell to someone else. Now I receive a message saying my case has been closed and to reopen another claim to start again. I tried to open a new claim online and they put me in a loop saying case has been closed. So I call the corporate office they take your phone number and hang up on you saying they will send you a txt for further assistance All it was is a link back to the online help same one that had me blocked. Bottom line they serve you crap and if you complain the keep all your money and block you from customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BESURE TO TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND COWORKERS I WORK IN A HOSPITAL SO I HAVE 4000 coworkers and lived in the area for 60 years These companies will nerve respect any of us till we push back even if just a few of you reading this either stop going or never go to Popeyes My 40.00 loss turns into a win for the consumer Thank you for your time Popeyes just responded to this review with a predictable response we are sorry and an investigation is underway but it doesn't help me get my hard earned money back. Came in last week and they only had legs and thighs available. This is my 3rd time coming here since they've opened and it is the same thing every time. On top of that 2 pieces of my chicken were undercooked/bleeding. This location may need to be supervised a bit closer and cooks trained more. read more

This Popeyes is very unprofessional. Try to place orders for spicy chicken always get told there isn't any ready and they make a person wait 25+minutes. Tried placing online orders get notified orders ready for pick up only to be told we have to wait 20+ minutes for the chicken to be ready when we get there. The store will be empty when they tell us this and it's always the same worker that does this. It's ridiculous not even Buffalo or Juan pollo make a person wait for food like this. read more

Looking for a decent fish sandwich during Lent is a tough job in the i.e. but according to Google this morning this is the number one fish sandwich for fast food, and I can understand. The size of the sandwich is far superior to compare to those nearby. The Cajun taste blended with the tartar and the pickle, and the incredibly soft big bun makes it an absolute win for any customer, I look forward to being here every Lent.. read more

No apologies simply took sandwich slapped a piece of chicken one bacon and gave me back the sandwich. Spent over 15 minutes in line just to order with 2 cars in front of me which I don't mind because I'm sure night shift gets busy and maybe not enough staff. I drive up to give my order but it took forever for someone to acknowledge me. At least say "i'll be right with you even if you're busy" I was giving my order and told her I wanted blackened ranch but she ends up giving me sweet heat sauce. During the order she asked me what I wanted to drink and I told her but there was a silent pause for a good minute then she comes back on the mic and said "i'm sorry what did you want to drink?" again, if she's busy let the customer know to hold on for a second! don't leave me hanging wondering if i'm supposed to drive up to the window or stay where i'm at. I get my order and drive off only to find out that I have no utensils to eat my mashed potatoes. At this point i'm like common! Came to order my nieces 2 classics chicken sandwiches and was told to pull off to the side and my order will be ready in about 5 minutes. A young lady bring it out to the car and asked if I had a mobile order app, and I said no. The worker then asks, 2 chicken sandwiches.. I said, yes and she hand me a bag. I get home and noticed I have 5 piece chicken pieces and fries just thrown in the bag along with mashed potatoes. I called this location to let them know about the mix up and the employee hung up on me. I go back to the store and fix the mix up and there was 3 managers on staff who ignored me. I asked for a refund and was told it was a shift change and I would need to wait. The entire staff needs retraining as they lack customer service skills and are very confrontational. Whoever was working the window around 11:35 am today was rude. Every time she handed me something, it was just her arm sticking out the window while her face and body was away from me. The first time was my debit card. Then next my drink. And then the food. Was very weird to me. She didn't speak not one time. So, it's my first time coming to any Popeyes and the girl who took my order was inpatient, I was going to order coleslaw and she cut me off by telling me to drive to the window where she would give me my total. When I got to the window to pay I added on my coleslaw, and the guy that was working at the second window had a bit of an attitude because I added it there. I gotta to say the chicken was good, the coleslaw was warm had no taste and had no vinegar in it. The mashed potatoes and gravy had some kind of an aftertaste, the only thing I really liked was the chicken. I don't know why all the Popeyes have there indoor seating closed. I drive a large truck that won't fit in the drive thru. You have less overhead cost and no use of bathroom facilities yet there is no change in the cost of food. This really feels like owners and doing this to cut cost and maximize profit. This location used to have good services until now. I placed my order online 45 minutes in advance but the order wasn't ready when I arrived. Only mobile/online order and drive through available. You can't come inside to order either and there was no notice to let customers know. The doors were locked and I have to wait until another customer (previous mobile order) let me in to pickup the food. Other than that, everything is still in acceptable scale for me. read more

I love Popeyes but this location needs some serious adjustments. I ordered on online ahead of time through the app, drove the 20 minutes there and got in the drive thru line for pickup. And it still took us 1 HOUR and 30 MINUTES to get to the order window to say we had an online order. Then they proceeded to believe that we did not have an online order and couldn't retrieve the details of our order. They then tell us to pull forward in the handicapped parking spot so they can get our food to us. The young man walks from the inside with a single bag in his hand. We had ordered three nugget meals and there were clearly only two in that single bag. We ask him clearly, "are there 3 nugget meals in here?" He answers, "yes" confidently. There were not 3 nugget meals in there. He retreats back inside and we have to fish him out because they keep their lobby doors locked for some reason. New Popeyes located just North of the 10 freeway off Pepper Avenue. It's across the street from Arrowhead Regional Medical Center along with a few other food spots like Jack in the Box and Black Bear Diner. Now next time you visit the hospital, you can walk across the street for some fresh air and non hospital food. Popeyes lately has been known for their Spicy Chicken sandwich which is my favorite. It comes with a delicious sauce and ofcourse a couple pickles inside. Growing up as a kid I've always hated pickles and picked them out of my food. When I first ate the spicy chicken sandwich I didn't know it had pickles, so I ate them with the pickles and I must say It was delicious. While eating the sandwich I had to second guess myself whether I actually wanted to go through with it and I'm glad I didn't take out the pickles. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
