I think a really important part of a chicken sandwich is distribution and thickness of the sauce.

I did discover that Buffalo Wild Wings does fry their food in tallow which is a fantastic thing I am a big fan of. So then we start to run into problems here as the service is constantly lacking and VERY slow with really simple things like getting a straw or drink refill taking forever. This restaurant ALWAYS seems jam packed and understaffed. My order is constantly done wrong here although they usually have been VERY good at making it up to me. I also really appreciate they offer a decent veterans discount here. The other huge draw to this place is they serve food later than most of the other spots in the area. The ambiance here is mostly sports bar with a side of way too many people and far too few employees. My largest overall complaint about this spot is they don't have mustard in a squeeze bottle but they do have a squeeze bottle of ketchup. How can a place like Buffalo Wild Wings with their huge variety of sauces not have a basic condiment like mustard? Well actually they do have mustard but only in those teeny tiny little crappy plastic packets that utterly suck ass. You see I'm 1000% on team mustard and I literally despise ketchup, catchup and all other versions of that horrid red concoction. I like plain yellow mustard, creole mustard, spicy mustard, horseradish mustard, German mustard and all manner of other mustards but I don't want a honey mustard or other sweet mustard so I'm utterly confused at the lack of mustard options at this huge national chain? How can you have a big squeeze bottle of ketchup but no squeeze bottle of mustard as that is utterly barbaric! My last visit here I walked into a HUGE brawl going on which seemed to be a bunch of Bama fans fighting with other Bama fans... so that was interesting to say the least... The Yankee bartender then utterly amazed me with some special magic by yelling out "War Tide" which fried all the Bama fans brains and totally stopped the fight. I've since tried that out on some unsuspecting Bama fans with fantastic results in freezing their brains. So all the ongoing issues, other than the brawler Bama fans, are VERY fixable and just seem like they are EXTREMELY easy ways to get far better results. Maybe just have straws sitting out where anybody can grab one. Maybe have self-serve iced tea and soft drink dispensers (which the beer will still be slow to come out but maybe if servers and bartenders ONLY have to deal with the adult beverages they will move faster than the current situation! For God's sake just put BOTH mustard and ketchup on EVERY table and on the bar as has been the LONG standing custom and tradition of these United States of America! What kind of commie BS is ONLY having nasty ketchup on the table going to teach the future generations of this nation? This mustard issue isn't just at Buffalo Wild Wings as I've been a witness to this cultural degradation at multiple spots in Alabama now. So to all those naughty evil people doing this desecration of the sacred traditions of the USA take a fair warning to NEVER, EVER make me have to eat my burger & fries without a huge squeeze bottle of yellow mustard and extra bonus points for several creole mustard bottles as well! You can buy the creole mustard at Rouse's so go ahead and order a case of it now... So Roll Eagle and War Tide!

Our server Tina was nice , a fellow Arizona transplant, efficient and friendly. Food was decent, wings were big, but the Habanero sauce was more like a puree. Italian beef itself was under seasoned but the au jus helped. Wife had the 5 cheese grilled cheese and liked it, but you need to like bleu cheese as it's a bit strong. My pet peeve showed up again as the salt and pepper tops were badly dented. Its nit picky but its so easy to fix and it shows attention to detail and its one thing I always look for.

It was a beautiful day and sitting outside was a pleasure, we order Korean BBQ Bone-less Wings and a Cheese Burger, the food arrived fast and hot and Spencer made sure we had everything we needed to have a great dining experience. Most if not all the customers sat on the patio I don't remember seeing any customers inside so blame it on the weather if you will, The food was delicious, I highly recommend the wings and the burger was outstanding as well. This would definitely be a place I'd return to hopefully when this resort / park is open and hopping. It a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful setting I just imagine this place gets really busy but it appears there's lots of room for everyone...

I have a few faves like the cheesy mushrooms and the BBQ shrimp, and nowadaya you can't just look at the regular menu. You have to check out their daily specials board because they are constantly knocking it out of the park with creative new dishes and fresh catches. The atmosphere is just even more welcoming, but the outdoor seating is much improved with some sand and stage, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. They updated their operating hours too, so they are now open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM. Whether you want to escape the usual tourist trap seafood lines, watch a game on their big screens, or just grab a ice cold beer, or really strong drink, with friendly folks, this place just keeps getting better. If you haven't been by lately, you are seriously missing out. Highly recommended!!! 5/26/26

Needless to say if they are like this one, then I'm no longer concerned. Our waitress was very sweet, I get they have to wear makeup but hers was a lot. The first impression was when the hostess asked how many were in our party and after saying "4", she said "yeah that may be fine" and sat us inside. The AC was out and a giant portable unit was the only thing cooling the place but considering this is the smallest Hooters in the world, literally not a joke or exaggeration (it's on the wall), it didn't feel THAT bad. Our waitress was very nice and gave us our menus but that's when the issues became apparent. The half wet, falling apart, bite taken out of (again not exaggerating) paper menus showed that they served one burger, a chicken sandwich, a few salads, and wings. That was it. Fries? Extra. Not included. Now it's been a long time since I've been to a Hooters but I remember there being a LITTLE more than that. But alas. I ordered the burger and a side of fries and my fiancée and friends all got wings. The food took a decently long time to come out considering there were only two other tables and one Doordash order (which I'm like if you're Doordashing Hooters at the Gulf, your night is going worse than mine) so the 45 minute wait was questionable. My burger was shockingly extremely good however. For just a patty, cheese, bun, and onions, it kind of hit the spot. The fries were decent but not the seasoned curly fries I remember Hooters having, just plain. But with some ketchup they weren't bad. Everyone else said their wings were pretty good, not the best but not the worst. Overall, it seemed like the most middle tier experience of my life. This would've led to a 3 star but the manager, shorter grey haired man with a beard, brought it to a 2. He gave "creepy Hooters manager". Maybe he was even the owner. I'm not sure (this place gave franchise, not corporate owned and Hooters in name only) and was making loud sexual jokes to people. I get it, it's Hooters, but that doesn't mean you can be a creepy manager around your employees. Overall, would not go back. Not sure why we went. But could've been worse. Could've been better. Please don't let your life get to where you have to DoorDash Gulf Shores Hooters.
