If you want great wings, the smaller ones are better. This improves the sauce, skin, and meat ratios, creating a dense flavor experience. The menu has a focused but diverse selection of sauces, but I haven't been able to pull myself away from that main hot sauce to try them yet. As with the hot sauces, there is a focused selection of simple yet well-thought-out side dishes. A friend of mine got the chicken wrap and was able to get the jerk seasoning added to it. I'm looking forward to grabbing the BBQ Ranch Fries next time I go. If I had one suggestion, it would be for them to make their own blue cheese dressing. These wings deserve the best accompaniment.
