I used to avoid this location because of bad experiences I've had, but they've really stepped their game up. I went through the drive through tonight around 9:30 pm and ordered with a coupon I had for 10 tenders, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. The lady at the window was very courteous and friendly. She gave me napkins, honey and hot sauce without me having to ask, then asked if I needed any other sauces. The drive home was about 12 min and I was surprised to find my food still hot when I arrived home. The chicken was fresh and juicy, the sides were perfect (red beans and rice and mac 'n cheese) and even the biscuits were hot and soft. It was a great dinner and with the coupon it was less than $25 all together. I'll definitely be returning and I'm happy that this location is again one that I can count on for a quality meal. read more

Poor service, The lady taking my order was not very nice she wasn't taking it very seriously and giving me poor communication service.

The chicken is was small and covered in a grease spicy sauce, the fries were cold and the biscuit was dry and the Mac and cheese wasn't even cooked all the way. Also they gave me the wrong drink, they were too lazy to give me the sauces as well, I paid extra for them. Horrible service, I placed an order online at 4:25 PM and drove to go pickup my order which was exactly 8 min away. When I arrived there were so many people there waiting for their food and I mean about 7 other customers. No one's food was ready and we all seen manager come clocking in and realized we were all waiting and yelled at the workers about why no one's order was done and why it's taking long. Employees didn't care and it still took me an extra 20 minutes to finally get my food. There was honestly no point in ordering before because it would've been the same as if I had just went and ordered. When I got my food I was still missing 2 items and had to go back and waited an additional 8 minutes to finally get up to the cashier and tell them. I came here with my sister and ordered two chicken sandwich meals. It was freezing with the ac on blast. We had to hover over a big puddle of soda to get our drinks. We visited with a mobile preorder about an hour before they closed, we went through the drive thru and the young lady at the speaker informed us they were out of two of the large sides we ordered, she was very kind and apologetic about it so we asked to substitute for what they had, and when we approached the window she addressed us and had her coworker replace the strawberry Fanta soda bib just for us although it was a little wait but she didn't say it was out, or give us flat soda!! The order was an On-Line order, the guy on the Box didn't understand, the female at the Window suddenly didn't speak English. I was told to come inside after a 20 minute wait in line. I still go here, because the food is delicious, but I have to get off and come inside, so I can see them preparing my order and make sure it's correct. I have always liked Popeye's Chicken. Was on my way to my office, decided to pick something up on the way. Seen a sign on the freeway that showed Popeye's is off the next exit. My boyfriend was in there and ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and the cashier said can't you just take them off yourself. He looked at her and was like can't you make one with no pickles.
