I LOVE Long Wong Wings, I travel from Tucson sometimes just for these wings. The ladies at the front taking orders are always so kind, the feeling is fun, a great place to watch any sports! It's just a great spot to be! I ordered buffalo wings with barbecue honey flavor. The wings are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, cooked well. The flavor is amazing, it's a personal preference to get sweet wings and these hit the spot. Though I felt some of the wings were a bit crispier than others to taste. 8/10 Potato skins were served with cheese, bacon, and green onion with a side of ranch. The potato skins were so soft, it paired well with the green onion. Though I will say, without the bacon and cheese, the potato's themselves lack flavor. It tasted better with a side of ranch. 6/10 Overall I will always give Long Wong Hot Wings a 5/5 because it's just an amazing spot, even to order 50 wings is great. read more

We ordered food to go. They gave me an estimate of 40 minutes and clearly it was ready long before that. When we got there, the food was not under a warmer. Everything we've ordered was cold. I couldn't find the restaurant in the shopping center. I had to call them. When we walked in, I was greeted to ask if I had to go order and I was asked to provide proof of my order which is fine, but the staff was extremely rude. I thought I had ordered a salad and when I asked the girl she said "no you didn't" in a very rude manner and very poor customer service. The food was terrible. So, the last, last time I visited Long Wong's, they gave me the wrong order. Which was upsetting because I was looking forward to my comfort food after a long, exhausting day. However, whatever that was, was DELICIOUS! Sadly, I don't know what flavor it was lol it was a dozen wings, all flats, extra wet. It had waaaay too much sauce. Wings are good. Some people have complained they are over done. But I like them crunchy. To me, they are good.
