Ordered online around noon on a weekday; saw that they have drive-thru so selected to pick up there. The turn into the parking lot was blocked off (presumably to avoid collision with drive-thru traffic?), but there was no signs earlier to make your life easier. So either you turn way BEFORE the restaurant in hopes to get to the right lot entrance, or (per Google Maps, upon post-meal investigation) loop around till you find the correct entrance. Since the drive-thru option now went out the window, I parked (in the next lot hoping not to get towed) and walked into the restaurant, where 3 other people were waiting, everyone in the kitchen looked busy, with no one really managing the counter. There was no system; everybody was just standing around unsure who's next or who's been served or not. Got to my turn after 5+ minutes, told the lady my order # with the drive-thru mishap, so I'm now picking up in person. The counter lady spoke to her supervisor, who came over with a bored face, punched in the register to generate a receipt for the lady, and walked away. Zero greetings, zero zeal for the job. The nice lady ran about, and brought out my order after 10-ish minutes, only that it wasn't mine -- the order number was misheard. Rinse wash repeat with the bored supervisor coming over and walking away after punching out another receipt. This time my name and order was confirmed. Another 10 or so minutes later, I finally got my order. This is AN HOUR after I had initially put in the online order, drove 25 min over, and waited 30 min to receive my food. While there, me and the other two waiting customers had literally formed a support group to keep each other from pulling our respective hair. Got to my destination and opened the bag. Of course, one bag of fries and several dipping sauces which were supposed to be there, were missing. Grabbed take out for dinner and wow! They're not joking when they say the seasoning is from the south. Absolutely loved the seasoning on the chicken, but it was just a tiny bit too salty for me. I had bites of their deliciously, simple coleslaw (not pictured) in between bites which was perfect. The chicken was so crispy and spiced on the outside and the meat was so tender and delicious. The biscuits were super buttery and just how I remembered them down south. Sooo tasty! The blueberry lemon fried pie?! Could eat five of these...easily. So freaking good. Crispy and flaky on the outside and the inside is just an explosion of flavor and warm gooey deliciousness. The slightly tart blueberry went perfectly with the creamy, slightly sweet lemon. AMAZING! We stopped by on a Monday night since we were so lazy to make dinner after a long day. We ordered through drive through and the male taking our order seemed like he HATED his job. He was very soft spoken and sounded like he spoke under his breath. When we asked him to repeat what he said, he sighed every time. Trust me, we wouldn't be asking you to repeat yourself if we heard you the first time. The whole point of drive through at a fast food restaurant is to order my food and receive my food quickly and accurately. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, one with and one without pickles. We were given only one spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and one regular chicken sandwich with pickles. The spicy sauce was a lot darker and spicer than at other Popeyes locations. I couldn't really enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich because of how spicy it was. The fries were so cold and soggy and the biscuits were so dry and bland. Overall, I regret spending $25 on his meal. The food is always hot and crispy, perfectly fried. The service is also great, cashiers are friendly even when very busy. Keep in mind they have been busy every time I went so order ahead online if possible. Social distancing is somewhat still enforced though most people seem to order online or through drive thru. You can't eat inside so the only choices are pick up or take out. I will always recommend ordering online because the drive-thru line is insanely long during regular meal times. If you order online you tell them when you will pick it up and just go inside and a cashier will get you your food. Keep in mind the sauce isn't free anymore (I'm not sure if it was before but we were always able to ask for sauce at the pickup of our food before). If you want sauce put it in your order or they will force you to pay extra. We haven't figured out how to order sauce with the online meals so we haven't been without the delicious sauce for a few months. That is the only reason I took away stars, I'm not sure why I am not given sauces with my meal especially when ordering a family meal. It seems like every time I get the spicy chicken or chicken sandwich it is a different level of spice so if you order spicy make sure you actually enjoy spicy food. Even though that location are short-staffed, she took it well with the demands from other rude customers; assuming they are better than everyone else in line and that they need to be serviced first. This employee performed her job well and went from order to order; in which is received; and fulfilled the orders. Very pleased with the outcome. *Very new so they're still working through a lot of the kinks. Will update as it normalizes* New year, same me! That's means I'm dieting with......fried chicken. I will admit that Popeyes always hits the spot for me when I get that delicious fried chicken. It's soooo much better than KFC. I was therefore ecstatic that a location opened up so close to me in Randolph. It is directly across from the Showcase Cinemas (hmmm...sneak in a box of fried chicken for a movie?!). There is no entrance from the main road, you have to then down the adjacent parallel streets and enter in the back. No online coupons yet, which usually provide great deals. The upfront staff and managers were all friendly and were working hard. I decided I was just in a fried chicken mood so I got the 8pc spicy mixed, no sides. Any other time and of course I'd get some cajun fries, mac n cheese, and buttery biscuit. Sometimes you may have to wait for a batch of chicken to cook, but sides are readily packed and kept warm in their styrofoam containers. My chicken really hit the spot and was consistent with how Popeyes chicken should be. I always douse my chicken in more hot sauce cause I like to feel the burn. Small area to the side with condiments, napkins, iced tea dispensers, and 1 Coca Cola freestyle machine, which will likely cause some backups when it's really busy. I've seen how those machines often break down and how slow people are to browse through the options... As of 1/4/2019, can't sit in the dining area yet and only able to order to-go orders as they're still finishing it up. Seems to be nice decor though. This location also has a drive thru, although there's a generator right by the speaker at the moment so it's difficult to hear/place an order. Overall I'll definitely be back. I hope they can get the opening kinks worked out and keep the restaurant fresh and clean - most tend to end up trashed with sticky soda and crinkled up receipts everywhere. read more

Don't clean and fill drink equipment on the front counter. Teach them to speak and respond when spoken to by customers trying to be polite. I told the first employee to make eye contact with me that I was there to pick up a mobile order. She didn't say anything to me and walked away. When I repeated that I was there to pick up a mobile order, she went to the register and printed out an order slip (something the first girl should have done but didn't). Although it was not that busy and there was a full staff on duty, it took another 5 minutes for my order to be assembled. Everyone working at this store moves at a snail's pace! I grabbed my bag and rushed out because I was late picking up my children after such an unexpected wait for my food. My mistake for not checking the accuracy of the order before leaving the store. When I got home, I discovered that the order was completely screwed up. I paid for a 10 piece family meal with two large sides (mashed potatoes and green beans) but I received only 8 pieces and two small sides (one of them incorrect: beans and rice instead of green beans). I double checked the order slip that the employee was working from and my order was accurate so the employee that filled the order is either illiterate or completely inept. This location has the cajun turkeys. They come completely frozen for $50. Also ordered up a spicy chicken sandwith, and a pie and biscuit combo. If you order in app for pickup "now" they don't make your order until you tell them at the counter you have a pickup order... The sandwich was amazing though.
