Small little family owned restaurant with incredibly friendly owners! Loved eating there. The large portions are perfect for a cold rainy day- broth is savory and not too heavy. The noodles soak up the flavor and sprinkle a little thai basil and lime juice in there and you see golden. The hot coffee with condensed milk is also splendid and packs a huge caffeine punch to get you through the day- would recommend! Owner recommended the spring roll as well which was pretty good, comes out quickly if you're hungry. Overall would come back if I'm ever in the mood for pho!

Excellent, and worth a drive. Our lunch started with a delicious and zesty ginger salad. The spring rolls (ch giò) were my favorite dish - crunchy outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside). The pork vermicelli noodle bowl (bún tht nng) was tasty too, though the pork could have used a tad more flavor, and the pickled vegetables (đ chua) weren't very pungent. It's not on a beautiful block, and there's no parking lot, but the inside of the restaurant is comfortable.

What a great find!!! It's a small not very attractive restaurant in Upper Darby. Wow the neighborhood has changed ( I used to live a few blacks away 30 years ago) with ethnic restaurants of every sort lining the streets. The owner waited on us and he could not have been nicer. As for the food.. some dishes were the best I've had. The Ban Xoe (crispy crepe) was amazing !! The spring rolls just as good. The grilled grape leaves yummy as well as the noodle bowl with beef. I didn't love the texture of the grilled meatballs. So... a super high positive review for the food. Prices are extremely reasonable. If you are gluten free you will be happy happy happy.

Best Spring Rolls you will ever experience! I love this little hidden gem. I have been to Little Saigon 3 times and decided to finally share my thoughts on the place. Parking: there is a parking lot across the street which you might have to pay for. I usually park at the metered spots along the side where H-Mart is. 25 cents gets you 45 minutes. Service: this is a mom and pop place. When you first get there you will be greeted right away. Getting a table is fast. The initial order takes a little bit longer to happen than most places. This doesn't bug me. I just want to note here that it is normal. Don't be concerned. It is worth the wait. The staff is very kind and helpful. Price: awesome! This place is not pricy at all. Go enjoy yourself! Food: Delicious! Get the spring rolls. Do it now! Get the beef on the sticks. Do it! I also enjoyed the prime rib but forgot to take a picture. Go check out this BYOB.

Somehow I'm always surprised that the dish I've ordered which seems so plain and simple, is always so unbelievably delicious. This restaurant, in upper Darby, is nothing to write home about when considering atmosphere because it's kind of a dive... but the food makes up for everything. We were going to a concert at the Tower theater and found our way up to Little Saigon for a quick BYOB authentic Vietnamese meal.I would recommend coming here and will come back when I go back to the Tower theater.

Hidden away on Terminal Square, Little Saigon has been serving the 69th Street corridor for three decades. A simple straightforward menu yields some of the best Vietnamese food in Philly. Both the ginger and peanut sauces are rich and flavorful, and the summer rolls are unrivaled. Lots of vegan options, most of the menu items listed as vegetarian are vegan (two have egg which is clearly labeled) .

Ask the Community - Little Saigon

    Has Little Saigon reopened?

Yes, they just reopened yesterday. Their new hours are from 3-7:30. I don't know what days of the week they are off.

Is this place hiring? I have a friend looking for a job.

No idea, you'll have to call and ask them.

Are any of the vegetarian menu items vegan?

I believe so, if anything the soup can be completely vegetarian if needed.

I love smoothies and bowls, so I was looking forward to it opening, and decided to check it out this week. I stopped in with someone else and we looked at their large overhead menu, which had a multitude of items including bowls, smoothies and juices. I decided to get the coco-loco smoothie while the person I was sitting with got the "it's bananas" banana bowl. My coco-loco smoothie was great! It was made up of bananas, cacao powder, peanut butter, coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips and almond milk. Really good! Great ratio of ingredients. The peanut butter and chocolate flavors both stood out. They also drizzled someone peanut butter on the side of the cup, which was a nice touch. I tried some f the banana bowl, which was also spectacular. The bananas were nicely whipped and the fruit including bananas, strawberries and blueberries on top of the whip were fresh. Someone at home picked up a coco-loco smoothie for me on Friday and I went back today after first going on Thursday. I got the same smoothie both times, but it was not as good as on Thursday (when I first went), but still tasty. Altogether, Goodness Bowls serves great smoothies and bowls. It is a great addition to the Narberth and Lower Merion areas. I will be back soon!

I personally had the raisin toast and it was sublime! Would have rated it a 6 star if I could. It was that good! We also ordered juice which was fresh squeezed. Excellent! Prices were good, which I find a tad up, but worth the quality. All in all, if you are in the Philly or Villy area, this is a must stop!

Dad enjoyed his omelet and my pancakes were delicious. I didn't enjoy the bacon, taste like I was eating pig. I know it's pork but had a strong taste or flavor I didn't care for.
