Nice guy the night I went. I suggested that all the crossing out of prices in favor of marking up in handwriting was bad on many levels. He showed me their grocery receipt where they get charged more post covid. I told him I get that plus location but it would've been better to keep pro menu sign as is an up Id give smaller portions (or pay for new pro sign), but handwritten upcharges just looks tacky and mean spirited. He said people complain if small portions. I said let them because they could order double if they think it small. I ordered two 3 whole piece chicken wings in garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. 1st thing - I LOVE that they were crispy, but not overdone or soggy. Perfect texture. As for the flavor, I would give it 3.5 / 5. It was certainly tasty, but they could have been heavier with the seasoning for both the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. That said, I'll be back and maybe add it in the order that I'd like a little extra oomph with the flavor. Once they forgot a soda of mines and it took them an hour to rectify that situation and another time it took them 3 1/2 to get my food to me and i only live 10-15 mins away. Honey moon dust sauce pretty much tasted like un-sauced chicken with a slight hint of honey and the hot parm cheese ones were pretty much exactly what it is which isn't really a complaint but the chicken is very mediocre. I used to live in Maryland and that was the first place I had tried Americas Best. I had completely forgot about it until I recently moved to west philly and drive by this location and my first thought was "it can't be!!!! The same chain???? Oh hells yes." I looked it up online to confirm it was the same and it was!!! I ordered delivery and got ALL my friends hooked. We ordered it maybe like 5 times in a couple weeks. My favorite wing flavor was the lemon pepper however...that is the one flavor I don't think this location does well. It has somewhat of a funky sour taste to it and yes I know lemon is sour but I've had it other places (this chain too different location) and it doesn't have that off taste. I've had honey garlic here and it's good, classic mild wings always good, my roommate luvssss the Thai chili and yes it is delicious. There's a great wing combo that comes with crinkle cut fries and a drink and it's like 10 bucks or less depending on how many wings u want. The only thing I would recommend is that they season their fries. Fries need salt. Otherwise ur just eating a plain boiled potato pretty much lol read more

I had such a bad experience here, I literally created this yelp account just so I can share this. We ordered our wings at 6:30 with a delivery time of 45 minutes. At 7:30, wings still hadn't arrived so we tried calling the restaurant and they didn't answer. We tried calling 24 times and no one answered the phone. At 8:30, we drove to the restaurant to see what was going on as we weren't able to get ahold of anyone on the phone. When we got there, of course, our wings were "out for delivery and waiting for us" (they wouldn't give us wings in hand even though we were standing in the restaurant) we drove back and the delivery driver still was not there (it was almost 9:00 at this point), I tried calling the restaurant again 12 times and no answer. After waiting another 10 mins, the driver finally arrived. The cherry on top of this story was that half the wings were raw and the other half was so over cooked it was impossible to take a bite out of them.
