Came here on Saturday afternoon. One of the few times I've been here that they did not have a long line (probably a contributing factor to my 5 star review) Carlo took my order. He was awesome. I wanted to take advantage of their deals on the Popeyes app but didn't want all the sides. Carlo took the time to combine various deals for me so that I could get just chicken for the best value possible. I placed a separate order for another one of their deals that included sides. I got 5 piece chicken + 2 small sides + 2 biscuits for $9.99. Make sure you download their app before ordering. The deals are much better than what you get in person. Disclaimer, it is a much better experience if you speak Spanish. If not, please be patient. However, they are never prepared. No matter when you place the order on any app, they always discover that they did not receive the order when you arrive. It never fails. The app even notifies you when it should be ready. I arrived 5 minutes later just to be told this. And, I even scheduled the order further in advance to give them more time. Once again, they had no idea that the order was placed. Then they will say 5 minutes, even though it is impossible to finish in that time. If they were not nice people, it would be a 1-star rating. DON'T SUPPORT THIS Establishment! This is the worst Popeyes! On three occasions, I've ordered chicken to go, but when I get home (11 minutes away), the chicken is cold and hard. Before I place my order, I always ask, when did they cook the chicken? Their reply was always 3 or 5 minutes ago. However, when I got home, it is evident that the chicken wasn't recently fried. In this last experience, I asked them if the chicken was fresh chicken that was recently made. They said yes, it was made three minutes ago. I said, okay, great and placed my order. When I got to my car, I decided to check the chicken before leaving the parking lot. Sure enough the chicken was cold and hard. I returned to Popeyes and told them that I needed fresh chicken; the ones they gave me were old. They said it would take 25 minutes for fresh chicken. I said that's fine; I will wait. I waited approximately 20 minutes when they gave me another box of chicken. I got home and checked the box; it was the same old chicken that was refried. I was livid!
