The dress was an M or L and I clearly needed a Small. I told the staff that I wish there was a smaller one. First of all, she said it was okay to fit loose, just tighten the belt. No, I would not spend $200 for a dress that doesn't fit. I told her, I can make a dress from scratch, so don't talk to me like that. Second, she told me she could order a Small for me if I pay immediately. I told her but how do I know how the Small would fit me? And whether it would be returnable? It just put a bad taste on my mouth for the sale staff to be too pushy!! It goes to show she did not have the customers' best interest at all. The goal was to push for more sales. It has to be a mutual benefits. The other sales staff was not like that. She was sympathetic when I mentioned the dress did not fit me. The pushy one was an Asian lady.

I visited the store today and had a very disappointing experience at checkout. Multiple employees…read morewere standing at the registers on their phones, including one employee who appeared to be on FaceTime while customers waited in line. No one greeted customers, explained which registers were open, or acknowledged anyone waiting. To make matters worse, after I had already completed my shopping, I was told the store had run out of bags and asked if I wanted to purchase a $3 reusable bag for my items. Customers should be informed about that before they begin shopping, not at checkout after spending money and waiting in line. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

When I first entered the store, I said hello to the first girl. No response. Not even a smile. My daughter showed the other girl a pic of a dress on her phone and asked if they had any in stock. Exact words, "if we do, it's on that wall." pointing toward the back. Next, when I found a similar dress, we needed help getting it because it was high on the wall. She immediately came over and demanded I not pull on the dress because I was going to tangle them. I am in my 50s and never been spoken to like this from a young girl. I was barely holding it out...just enough so she could see the size we wanted. I responded by saying Yes M'am! and proceeded to tell her she needed to work on her customer service skills. We left after that. Windsor, be careful who you hire. No one wants to deal with sourpuss attitudes.

Finally! A lululemon at south shore! Staff did inform they will be here for at least a year!…read more Was a bit curious since it's a "pop-up" location. Located in middle of the mall over by the elevator and the info desk. Everybody in there on opening day was super sweet, helpful, and are working out the daily operations. Fitting rooms, open floor plan, feels spacious. Didn't really go into either of the stores that occupied the space prior, but I'm sure we'll be here often. The lady celebrated its store opening by grabbing a full outfit in a color she's been eyeing for a while now that's back this season! We'll hope for good things to come, in-store promos and more goods to come. Men's setup on right side of store along with fitness gear and accessories, fitting rooms middle back and women left and center of store! Thanks all!

Lululemon has FINALLY arrived in SSP! I was here today…read more(11/15) for their grand opening. I've been waiting for a Lululemon to come to Braintree for so long, it's not even remotely funny. They are a pop up location inside the South Shore Plaza, where Chico's once was, & are here for a year (hopefully here to stay tbh, that'd be great). The staff was super sweet & very helpful with finding things in the store. Loved the layout & how they organized everything. In honor of this opening. I bought an espresso matching set, cropped define jacket with align 7/8 leggings ;)) Overall, very happy that there's a Lululemon closer by now. Had a pleasant, positive experience here today, so will for sure be back.

I mostly come here to check out new shoe inventory, usually HOKA, Brooks, and OnClouds that they have at discounted prices. For clothing, they have a decent selection: Free People, Madewell, ASTR the label, ALLSAINTS, Naked Wardrobe, Rag & Bone, Good American, Frame jeans, Paige jeans, and Joe's to name a few. Definitely some good finds can be found here & they run extra sales all the time!

Much smaller now, BUT much more organized and easy to find stuff. I have been on the hunt for sonny angel hippers and was elated to find them here yesterday! They are behind the counter at check out for $20/each, limit 4 per person. I originally decided to just buy two and we opened the blind boxes in the car. I was hoping to get a pink one, however, unfortunately did not hit. Now, it is 6 min before closing and we figured, what the heck? Why not go back to get two more hahaha. So, we rushed back into the mall (special thanks to the workers for letting us pick up two more, last min before close!) and bought two more. Anyways, I ended up getting one pink one and a blue mouse this time around! Total for 4 was ~$84. I love what I ended up getting though! Definitely a sucker for blind boxes from time to time, but it's so fun ;)

They have whole racks of manga books, pop funko bobbles (some exclusives etc) and a glass case of chase pops (not retail pricing) They have hobby merch, accessories, tee shirts, music, tidbits all about. Glad they still surviving and offering products to the south shore! The store employees are attentive if you need help, they folks i used to know there have since moved on but looks like the store is run well still!
