***TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES*** I have ordered from their online shop 3 times now and have had an issue twice, both which have not been resolved. Don't even bother trying to contact them through their website "contact us" page, you'll be lucky if you even get a reply. On my last order I purchased the Dragon Ball Super, Kale Chase Set which says "Guaranteed MINT Condition." When I took the funko out of the pop protector they shipped it in, I noticed there was damage to the box. I tried contacting them through their "contact us" page on their website and received no response. I sent them a message on their Instagram page with a picture of the damaged funko pop and they replied asking if I would like a partial refund or return for a replacement. When I asked for the partial refund I received no response, I sent a follow up message and commented on one of their posts and still nothing. Instagram shows that they have seen my messages but have not replied. I am very upset because this shows that they really don't care or take care of their customers. On my other order I purchased a Dragon Ball Z 6" Shenron Funko Pop which stated it would "come with a Heavy Duty 0.5" mm Pop Protector." When I received it there was no protector, just bubble wrap. I would have been fine with just the bubble wrap if it didn't say it would include a protector on their website. I also tried contacting them on their "contact us" page for this order and received no response. I am an In Box Collector and I am very particular about the condition of my funko pop boxes when the website clearly says "Guaranteed Mint Condition." Don't make guarantees that you can't follow up on, and do a better job replying and taking care of your customers. You have lost what would have been a loyal and long time customer in me, I will not be purchasing from you guys ever again! read more

8/18 Reposting: for some reason my first review did show up so I'm reposting. Since the last time I came, their selection expanded!! More DBZ and Naruto exclusive!! Buying more to add to my collection! This place really is a hidden gem for pop collectors Heard about this place through a friend so I came to check it out. Oh man! There pop selection is crazy! Absolute horrible customer service. It's already been 2 weeks since my first email I sent requesting an RMA# for my return. On their website https://shoppopnation.com/ it says "*Please contact shoppopnation@gmail.com for a rma# and return instructions." I did that two weeks ago, after a few days with no response I sent a message through "contact us" I received a response fairly quickly, and was told "they would check my order and get back to me shortly". So I thought it will be alright they responded. WRONG, still no follow-up or RMA#. I've had a change of mind with my order, and I'm following return instructions. No phone number to contact them, NO RESPONSE from shopopnation@gmail.com, NO FOLLOW-UP from customer service. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!! Note to everyone they are not open on Saturdays and Sunday's they are open Monday through Friday from 11 am until 5 pm so heads up went on a Sunday to find out they were closed. But called the owner and was nice and said it must of been a glitched he hooked me up and got my pops recommend to visit if you need a limited edition pop! Or your a pop lover! read more

By far the best packaging if encountered from any reseller of funko pops. This is my second time using this company and the pops come in a real thick protective case and bubble wrapped. I will definitely continue to use this place for my funko addiction. Thank you guys. read more

I don't know why this says says I live in San Francisco. I live in Las Vegas. I ordered the McDonald's Funko Pop set and they will not respond to my emails. I have written them 3 times. I pre ordered them August 20th. They were to be released in October. No communication and no other way to contact them. I sure hope I get them-never again with this company. Pretty new funko pop place in the area (they have other stuff besides pops too, like figpin). They are located at the end of the warehouses at F. Lots of parking. Little register area in the front opens into a hallway and then, roomy, spacious warehouse with lots to choose from. They have a large variety of commons and grails and prices aren't that bad, pretty good compared to a lot of places in the area and even Frank and Sons. Very nice staff, greeted and asked if I needed help right as I walked in. Highly recommended for collectors! read more

Came in and had a great shopping experience. The shop is tucked away in a relatively obscure location but what awesome goodies they have are all housed inside. The shop has every pop and genre organized in an orderly fashion. It makes hunting easier and just more fun overall. I also had a great chat with the owner Jason about pops and the history of the store. I started collecting Funko Pops about a month ago and I am blessed to live in an area that has an abundance of stores that carries the product in large volumes. I have visited several stores, some multiple times over the past month. All the store owners have been pleasant and the community welcoming but I have to say Popnation really stands out above them all.
