Popovich himself puts on a very cool European vaudeville or Cerque Circus style format that entertains both young and old, silly slapstick with lots of rescued Animals "are people too" is his moto! Impressive training skills especially the cats, no lions involved but some roaring and claw swiping was involved, also my favorite was the pot belly pig in a tootoo... It's not your flashy Vegas style show but that's what makes it charming, just a Clown wrangling a bunch of House Pets and Three Extra Amigos. The storyline wasn't too bad and it had its moments but it felt like the actor has done this show a few too many times. It didn't seem like he made sure to be perfect, especially the hat act. There were times he dropped it or possibly made mistakes. Oh well, the show was overall entertaining. If you have children under the age of 5, this show is great. Otherwise, you'll buy the tickets trying to kill time during the day thinking it's animals doing tricks when it's really this guy dancing around on stage for 40 minutes. They only advertise the pets online, but they are barely in the show, and this Popovich guy is super obnoxious. Nothing about it is funny if you're over the age of five. I will say, the cats are pretty sweet, but otherwise it's super lame. I could see amateur comedy on the strip for half the price. Also, the fake snow smells terrible. read more

He has dogs, cats, a pig, birds and the training he has done to get these animals to do what he wants is nothing short of spectacular. Popovich in his own rights is an amazing, he is a one man circus show that will have you laughing, gasping and applauding. His show comes up on house seats and it is worth going to see. I went alone to the show that was pretty obviously geared more towards children, but still had a great time. There was a mix of clown comedy, story telling and animal "tricks" in between. It felt like a perfect show to bring kids to. I wouldn't want to spoil the show but the variety of animals was awesome and how they were used in the story telling was funny. A dove kept escaping from its routine to hang out with the crowd, but it was funny and gave the experience its own personal touch. When you enter the theater you're offered a free photo strip (well I had to ask for mine since I was alone but they did ask everyone else if they wanted a photo) that you can purchase bigger prints of after the show as well. If you follow their Instagram you get a free signed poster as well! Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple PG rated comedy show in a cheaper price range, especially if you have young kids. read more

I can hardly think of a time that I've smiled and laughed so much. Overall, I loved the show. Though I know it's intended for a younger audience, I found it absolutely hilarious even as a 30-something. The performance includes acrobatics, masterful dexterity and clowning that are really a good mix when combined with the animal performances. It's all planned so skillfully -- without giving anything away, the pets tricks were nothing short of fantastic. I'll certainly be recommending this show to anyone with kids -- but it's certainly not the only audience that can enjoy this show. My kids picked this show. So I got the tickets over. The show itself is located deep inside planet Hollywood. Mr popovich is likely in his 60s and he is very involved in the show. He has the magic touch with all the animals and my kids enjoyed the show quite a lot. I unfortunately was a bit tired and took a nap during the show. I caught about 60% show and it was very kids friendly. All children there were super engaged and had a good time. There were some 'oops' in the show but Mr Popovich would redo the act until it got there. It was quite a commitment. Show time is good in the afternoon. And you can easily fit around the schedule. This show is a solid 3.5 stars. It's great for families, the animals are adorable (and so well trained!), and Popovich and his team are constant entertainers. There's music, juggling, clown tricks, massive beach balls, confetti, faux snow, videos, and so many animals - dogs, cats, birds, ducks, a pig, even a mini horse. At the core, this show is most special due to the animal tricks...I can only imagine how much time and talent it takes to train a small zoo and have them perform for crowds night after night! Although there were SO many attempts to entertain...that's also where it fell a bit short for me. The first half felt very rushed, with trick after trick, some that didn't pan out smoothly. Lots of dropped props and mishaps during the clown parts. It is also very loud and hard to follow (vocally) in parts. I wished that the audience had more time to digest it all a bit and really appreciate the tricks before moving so quickly to the next. To that point, I appreciated when the snow scene came along...it allowed the audience to take a breath and follow the storyline a bit more. The venue also needs some love -- it's all really worn and showing its age. With all this said -- Popovich was charming and I'm impressed with the effort, and many years, of honing his craft and commitment to entertainment. There were so many laughs and smiles in the theater, and I'm all for adding more magic & joy to this world. read more

This show honestly made me tear up. I first came just for the dogs, but it turned out to be way more than that. Popovich's show is fun, heartfelt, and has this classic, old-school comedy vibe that you don't really see in other vegas shows anymore. This is just real talent, amazing tricks and incredible animal training that actually hits you emotionally. The show isn't too long, which makes the pacing perfect. It's fast, funny, and super entertaining, with cute little storylines throughout. Popovich is already in his 60s and the whole crew is pretty small, but you can feel how much effort and love they put into every performance. Their energy is nonstop, and I found myself getting emotional just watching how passionate and hardworking they are. The animals are AMAZING. There are dogs, cats, pigeons, rats, a pig, parrots, and even a pony. It's honestly wild how many animals there are and how calm and well-trained they all are. You can tell they're happy and comfortable on stage. After performing, they even get little treats and happily eat them, which is so cute. After the show, Popovich comes out with some of the animals to meet the audience at the exit. You can pet them, take photos, buy his book, and sometimes even get small gifts or autographs. Popovich himself is super friendly. We saw the show twice, he actually remembered us and came over to say hi and give us hugs. Highly recommend this show to everyone. My dad and I enjoyed the show very much. I took him to see it for his 87th birthday. Gregory Popovich does an excellent job with the pets and does clown tricks as well, such as climbing a high ladder and juggling items. Kids and adults alike love this show. I think this is a wonderful show to have in Las Vegas seeing that there are not many kid friendly ones to see. This is hands down the best show I've ever seen and I'll remember it for the rest of my life. Popovich grew up in a circus family with four generations of performers. This show is essentially his one-man fusion of classic circus clowning, acrobatics, animal training, and mime. It runs for a full hour with zero talking, yet there's not a dull moment. He's already in his 60s and has been doing this show for over 40 years. Every movement reflects years of real training and skills, very different from some of the shortcut-style Vegas productions. The overall vibe is like the Tom and Jerry kind of funny, but every gesture and facial expression is performed with total commitment. Some parts are genuinely risky, which makes the whole experience both touching and impressive. The animal performances are absolutely adorable and honestly unbelievable. Cats, dogs, pigs, horses, birds, even mice all take part in complex tricks and little story scenes, it almost feels like it's AI generated. Sometimes the dogs may get distracted and have their own ideas, but they always pull the act together in the end, which only makes the show even more funny and cute. After the show, Popovich comes out with the cats, dogs, and birds to take photos and sign autographs. He's incredibly nice. We went two days in a row, and he actually remembered us the second time and insisted on giving us merchandise for free. The whole experience was very wholesome. That was ruff. I'm easily amused, but I couldn't wait for the show to end almost immediately. What's marketed as a lighthearted collection of stupid pet tricks turns out to be 7 minutes of pet entertainment and 63 minutes of filler, like an album with one good song. The filler consists of some clown (literally) performing clichéd street acts you'd see in downtown Vegas or on the Venice boardwalk, with a lot of Popovich but not much comedy, pets, or theater. Popovich is undeniably talented, though I found him tiring. I came for the jumping cats, not his peculiar "story," which felt like a mix of the nonsensical ice-skating villains from "Batman and Robin" and the meandering plot, uneven pace, and broad comedy of Robert Altman's convoluted "Popeye." Worse, the audio was muddled--whether it was pre-recorded for lip-syncing that would make Ashlee Simpson cringe, or live speech amplified through what sounded like Jack in the Box drive-thru speakers. As for the animal acts, skip this paragraph if you want to be surprised. At various points, a cat might walk along a rope, ride a dog or disgruntled pony, leap, run across the stage, and dart in and out of so many doors it felt like Laugh-In without the laughing. A dog might roll over, walk between legs, bark a set number of times, or push a shopping cart. The appearance of rats, geese, and a pig gets a laugh but serves no significant purpose. A placemat with the Chinese Zodiac is more interesting. Finally, it is easier getting out of Dodger Stadium after a game than it is this theater. There's no quick exit (not even the one under a sign that said "Exit," as a worker reprimanded me). Instead, you have to shuffle through the lobby, squeezing between two lines of people getting photos, petting a cat (WOW!), or buying the books he shamelessly promoted. (I recommend his "Cat Tricks" book which is 7 pages of cats and 63 pages of Ikea instructions.) By the way, most people, especially kids, seemed to enjoy the show (including recent Yelpers). So, if you have kids under 9, they'll love it. And if you still want to go, don't believe the "every seat is good" hype. They sell general admission with obstructed views (my photo was taken from the second-to-last row, far right, directly behind Linq's High Roller). read more

GREAT show! it's nice having this kind of kid/family-friendly entertainment available ON the Strip. i kinda fell asleep during the latter half, but, i'm guessing that might be a common theme with parents. sneak in a couple Zs while the kiddos are mesmerized by 2 legged standing dogs and big giant beach balls flying around. price points were great. showtime is at 2p which is convenient if you have plans for dinner and perfect for after lunch. location is a little deep in the Miracle Mile of Shops, but, manageable. 70mins for this show may be a little lengthy for those over 12 years old. oh, and don't bother paying extra for those "better" seats. the venue is not super big so the view from the back of the theater is just right. highly recommend for those with Littles trying to find entertainment. read more
