I want to say, first of all, that I've had quite a few good pizzas. They have a great selection of sauces, including Catalina, French and a delicious homemade ranch. They also have great cocktails. After finishing up my lunch today, an encounter between a takeout customer and one of the servers really left a bad taste... The young lady was a little taken aback at the size of her two salads. Now they were side salads and she had added grilled chicken. Apparently when she had gotten them previously, they had been a little bigger. Now I admit, I would've been surprised to pay over $12 for these two little containers. Being in the service industry and customer service myself, I asked why the servers wouldn't suggest doing the larger grilled chicken salad for $11? I was abruptly told that she asked for the side versions - to which I responded that I would've at least offered in order to save the customer some money. But I could see I was getting nowhere and I guess in retrospect, it wasn't any of my business. I just don't like customers to feel taken advantage of when there was a better option that could've been offered to her. Came in to place a to go order at 11:45 to beat the lunch rush. Sat here for 15 minutes while others came in after me and got immediately seated. I had to call to place my order while sitting in front of the staff because people were still coming in being seated. Still sitting here waiting on my order of a sandwich, it is now 12:17. Last time I sat in my car and ordered by phone in front of the building and the guy told me to just come in and order so that's what I did, but it's much worse. Oh finally here 12:20. Favorite pizza place in the area. I'm a fan of the brick oven style crust and they always do a good job on everything we've tried. Me and my boyfriend were traveling for an anniversary and decided to go here for the night, it did not disappoint! First off our waitress Lydia was the most wonderful, hardworking waitress we have ever had hands down. This is my favorite pizzeria in town. It's affordable, family-friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. Pop's is known for their awesome garlic knots, and you get an order of 5 for just $2.49. If you live nearby, Pop's will also regularly send you coupons in the mail for great discounts. Their pizzas are also really good. The Pop's Deluxe (similar to a Supreme style pizza) is my absolute favorite. It is loaded with meats and fresh, crisp vegetables on a light crust. The crust at Pop's is a cross between a thin crust and a regular hand-tossed crust - it tastes lighter and more crunchy than other crusts, which I love. The staff will also ask if you'd like Catalina dressing with your pizza - a Biloxi classic! This place is really family friendly as well. My mom and I decided to visit this restaurant in the Woolmarket district in Biloxi, and overall, it's quite a hybrid between Pizza Hut and Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was great they will tune the TV on your table to the game of your choice. Food - We ordered the same boneless chicken wings we had last time they were out..So the waitress suggested we order half and half order of Thai Sweet Chili and BBQ wings. They were tasty and served hot. The Garlic Parmesan wings the last trip were better in my opinion but still the wings were good. Pizza - crest seasoned just right. We ordered The Carnivore both times. This time we were smart and ordered the small since we had the wings. Last time we had to get a to-go box for the pizza. In summary, delicious pizza and excellent customer service! I'm visiting from up North on a service trip with 50 college students. At the last minute, we decided to order pizza for lunch to take to the students at their service sites. We showed up knocking on the Pop's Pizzeria door about two hours before they were advertised to open, and were welcomed by a smiling cook who called the owner, Chuck, to assist us with our very large and very last minute order. He kindly accommodated us! He and his staff made sure we had napkins, etc and warmers to transport the pizza to our students. Customer service at it's finest. Today is unusually cold (so we're told) so the students were thrilled to have a hot lunch. The pizza was fantastic - great dough, perfectly cooked cheese. I've eaten here 4 times now. The first 3 times were during the lunch hour in the middle of the week. Today was a Saturday dinner hour. I find the prices reasonable and it's close to my home. I would eat here often if the service weren't so bad. The first visit the food was good and the waitress was fantastic. Since then the service for me has been awful, though maybe not for the other patrons because the waitress spent an inordinate amount of time in jovial conversations with other patrons. I had 4 grandchildren with me ranging in age from 3 to 15. They would've been disappointed had we left. We couldn't get a remote to change the TV, drink refills, napkins, to-go boxes, the check.
